Megan takes a break from keeping her farm animals safe from flood waters & Louis joins us from the beach to talk about the big day at the Fairgrounds.

Full Transcript

Going to Tropical addition to the horse-racing.

Happy hour is Nest. The real deal on the Oaks Trail.

She sure looked like it in the Suncoast this past weekend.

A salute to Classic Causeway, a runaway winner in the same at

Davis at only flatters. The for more of smile happy.

How good was that, Kentucky Jockey Club stakes and will the

likely favored in the Risen star at the fairground?

This weekend bounce or have another scintillating

performance Louise in the keys. So, is this a rum fueled happy

hour? We'll find out next

Hi, welcome to the horse racing. Happy hour Mike and awful here.

I am high and dry in my normal spot really is.

Louis is is getting got in the, in the water today because you

got in the ocean or the Pool because he's in the keys and

soak up the sun and Megan hates him right now because maybe they

didn't have a pool or natural water feature going on.

I am just yeah. Yeah.

So everything is flooded. The skies have opened and

Kentucky is under water right now and my God tottering today,

tongue Creek is in my living room.

Let's just put it that way. Now are all the animals safe.

That's, you know, first For most, what we've got to be

concerned about, right. Last time I checked, all the

animals are not under water. Just yeah, but the water is like

Six feet away. So it does have to go uphill.

So I'm optimistic, although I just started pouring.

And so everything is great which is totally fine.

And Willie, I guess we're you, you know, are all the kids

alive. Yes.

All right, we're good. Okay, I didn't just go the ocean

today. I did also going to pool and

then nice. Shut off that Dad bod.

Oh, it was obviously just gleaming.

I imagine the reflection off the whiteness of me landed somewhere

in Cuba or like the Bahamas. Yeah, it was not yet.

It's not good. Yeah, there's like there.

They thought there were some like, nuclear attack going on

right signaling. Yeah, I got you discover, by the

way, my wife, I discovered when I so I went to FIU here in

Western Miami for a summer learning Haitian Creole.

All the things you hear about on the horse racing, happy hour and

pills in which isn't a bad woman is imported by a company in

Hallandale Beach. So I would like to think this is

the official drink of Gulfstream Park and so um yeah you know,

this isn't this, where we're at is all over again mostly.

So I'm having a Columbia beer tonight.

You'll piss in service of iesus. Oh, there you go.

Cheers. All right.

I was actually expecting to be a lot more red than you are.

Like I thought I was questioning if you can then he loses SPF.

250, I use 55 today especially shifting well in celebration of

you being in Florida and also me being able to fish in my

backyard. I am Mario, my Alabama Jack's

been conserved. So yeah.

Now the real question is, does Louis come home with a tramp

stamp? That's what I want to know if

like, you know. This is so I got wildlings kids

on Tuesday. Okay, so you got it.

Kristie got a matching one right above her right knee, so you'll

be able to see that interview. Is it, our logo?

How amazing would that be? So just if our, if begging

suddenly disappears, that means like, there's some sort of flood

alarm or something like that, then went off and this is like a

real pirate, this is a real thing, like we're not joking.

Yesterday, I had baby goats, so are they there and High Ground?

They're, you know, they're in high grounds until the water

reaches far. Okay, which it's really not far

from, I mean, it's crazy, you know, being out been have been

out to Megan's place, that's the water.

Would have to go pretty far away.

It is flat. I mean, it's yeah, hundreds of

feet and then we're there. So, yeah, there it is.

So let's get on with the show so we can get as much in as we

possibly can. Let's start with Nest the

question on the show. She just how classy is Nest.

Making what do you think of Nest, super classy but that's

kind of the way that we thought it was going to go down.

I mean talking about that card last week that was one of the

horses that I think both Louis and I agreed early.

So I know that was like a single worthy horse in my opinion and

then she Class come This is what we say and that's exactly what

she did. She just did it with such ease.

It was an awesome awesome performance for her.

Do we will go ahead and watch it sure, let's pull it up.

It's Nast who comes up after the lead.

A Little Lovin lock back to Second as I turn to the top of

the stretch Nest. Now a half lengths in front, a

Little Lovin luck back to Second.

It's three and a half or four nights for back to ha'penny down

the outside with blame the champagne, but a final Furlong

to go and Nest set sail for home.

It's Nest by the 16th hole widening.

Now a 3 in front, a little oven luck, second-best to the most

facile of winners here. Nest, go on to Win It, geared

down by four and a half five of the end.

There she is. Looking impressive, you know,

125 favorite. There's a reason.

Yeah, she really liked it. I love the fact that I mean she

just looks super comfortable and I rather at ease he was coming

around the turn. He wasn't even pulling away from

those horses yet, and he just kind of looked under his arm,

he's like, oh yeah, we're good. So much left in the tank,

really. You are our resident Philly

expert? What did you think of this?

Not as fun to add to what Megan said?

I'm always hesitant early in the year.

R2 this early at least a mid-February to sort of annoyed

the top, you know a horse that's going to be there on Oaks day.

She appears to be one that's going to be running on Oaks day.

I would run lots of things that happen, but I think the horses

that we've seen, she's now gone to turns multiple times of look,

very good doing it. And so, I don't know that

there's a reason all of those connections that she shouldn't

be in the Louisville, the first Friday in May, and of course

boring. Hopefully she stays healthy.

Just final, that always happens. And and of course, we're going

to learn more Because this weekend we start 50-point races

and that's when things start getting real.

So and that's going to make it even more interesting because

well I'm almost there yet, talk about classic always Causeway

first in the same breath Davis. Let's real quick, let's go to

that one. Let's take a look at closet

Causeway, classic Causeway. Comes to the top of the stretch.

Little vic has been hounding him throughout as they spin to the

top of the lane. For the Sam F Davis, it's

classic Causeway off to turn it front.

Now by two, little vic back in the second spot.

Lugging in this. A Rum Runner, it's two more than

two volcanic ships, ational trying to run on down the crown

of the track. 16 pole, classic Causeway here sip shakes know

who burst out from the pack but it's classic Causeway.

I read Ortiz, easy as can be in the Sam Davis.

Want to buy for Another just huge win.

Favorite pulls it out. Yeah.

So thoughts on that 1 million I just I thought he was certainly

a horse to look at. We talked a little bit about his

race in the Kentucky Jockey Club which is proving to be a really

important two-year-old race coming into the three-year-old

season because we see multiple horses come back and I'm sure

we'll talk about that. But you know, the one question

was he had never won at two turns before, so it was Ken he

kind of stretch out and, you know, and get that done.

But But I thought that he had a little thing at a little trouble

at the start in the Kentucky, Jockey Club, and he just looked

like a horse that ran well enough and looked like he was

going to develop as he got older and as he had some time, that's

exactly what you saw there. They give him some time off and

he came back, you know, a more capable horse to handle a

distance and I think more mature mentally as well.

Yeah. Megan, if people don't know what

Megan's referring to, we saw the Holy Bull winner with white, a

Barrio last week. This week with the same update

is classic Causeway, then coming up upcoming in the Risen star.

Small happy will be in that race.

So Louis, which is the top three finishers of the Kentucky?

It reverse order. Yeah, right.

Yeah. Let's pause, we actually looked

like what a barrio in this race, which is interesting.

And so he looked a little Greener switching leads coming

in like that. After that second turn that

doesn't bother me in February. He looked really great.

It's something that he can figure out as he goes forward.

And so it is This is usually the time of year.

Oh gosh, I've got to make sure I got this right.

Mike is this usually when you tell us that the three year old

crop sucks and then you like it at Derby time and then you hate

it, I'm not on the three-year-old, crops sucks just

yet. I think there's a lot of there's

not a lot to number one because I'm a huge.

Like, like I love Messier and weariness again, in the in the

Risen star, there's a horse that freaking beat messy.

That's so yeah. And then we got, I mean, this

it's it might be shaping up to be a little bit more competitive

and I'm just totally intrigued by what happens what the baffert

owners I think you use the right word by the way, I think

appetitive is the right word. I don't know if it's how great

it is or anything like that. That was the Grand jury's going

to be but I do think there's a lot of competitiveness.

I think there are a lot of Capable horses in this crop at

least. This wasn't star was brutal to

handicap and I'm so glad I got it before any of the odds were

out because I think it would have swayed how I felt about the

raise. And I think I lined up

reasonably close on that race, but I'm not exactly sure.

And so it just, it is the Risen star kind of shows.

I mean, I kept looking at him like that he can win.

Oh yeah, you can have a chance. And so I'll have to go back and

listen to episodes from this time of year.

If I always do this or if just seems more open than usual this

year and this isn't on the show sheet but you know have off and

I just follow the show sheet but after one another Derby prep

with the El Camino Royale. So real.

So there it is Black. Adder, took that one?

And yeah we just mentioned that race.

Also sure. Because Works front of the show

I feel like at Golden Gate Fields And I mean, maybe it's

just every time that I watched, but I feel like they come off

the rail so much when they come around that turn, everybody just

hope fans out and it was just the perfect ride by Edwin

Maldonado. Yes, angry.

He was brother horse your memory.

Just he was like, okay, thank you very much, like straight.

Could everybody just comes, Nobody Rides the rail there, I

feel like, and so it just Yeah, I didn't have a horse.

I besmirched him, hashtag this, Merchant drink, but, but yeah, I

just it just seemed like a classic Golden Gate and classic

for the show. If we besmirch a horse really

hardcore that horse will ya absolutely 100%.

I had him in my second spot it happens but I do agree with

Megan if that Cutters in Black letters in that spot where

MacKinnon was I think we can win the race.

Coming up the rail, I agree with Megan on that.

So it's not, you know, trip matters and those sorts of

things. But I think that MacKinnon goes

back to Turf and I think that's where that horse is.

Blackout or feels like they'll try them on the Preakness.

That's what it feels like to me. Well me that he got the

automatic bid to the well and he definitely can run there right?

I mean making can I just say that?

It looks like I am having a fantastic hair day.

Yeah, so okay, great. That's another reason to tune in

to Spotify, make sure that you could watch the show not just

listen and see my fantastic hair day, you know listen if you're

in your mid 40s and you got this kind of cabbage going on.

This is this is legit right here.

Yeah. All right.

So shredded a lot. All right, so before we get to

baby Yoda, not showing up in camo, not showing up.

I know, very upsetting, here's the deal.

And I want to, I want to talk to everybody about King Guillermo.

What do we want? Most from our forces we want

consistency and no one is more consistent than the cake.

You want a horse that runs dead? Last, that's our guy can gear.

When you watch your mouth, watch your mouth, because we've

mentioned so many times. This was a pretty, I guess it

was a big weekend. We don't, we don't really know

much. I mean, he had his hearings and

naira and Kentucky and you know ironically enough.

I just I just Happened to run in to some of our Starlight racing

connections at the tiger Tech High School there.

Because that's where all the great leaders move.

Kentucky, you go to high school and and yeah.

So we were there and I was just kind of.

Hey what's what happened today? What's going on, nobody knows

anything like it like well the people at Starlight like I

totally like don't think that they were feeding me lines like

Like they legit didn't know anything.

Well, it's really interesting with what happened in New York

because the judge ended up saying that he wasn't baffert

wasn't given due process and dismissed the lawsuit.

So that is really interesting because you know, naira acted

very quickly and didn't give him a hearing in a timely manner and

then, you know, certainly didn't give him due process and and

it's kind of a same argument here.

I don't know if that's what Craig Robinson.

Say, if a lawyer, but, you know, Churchill was very quick to be

like, nope, but we gotta be well, hold on.

There's the Churchill, there's the Kentucky Horse Racing

commission and there's naira and just clear.

Naira is a state ran an organization that has to follow

the process. Churchill Downs.

It not to do any of that. No.

No. There are private company agree.

Yeah. But that there were horses

through this. Right.

Exactly. So I curious to see if, You

know, if that's going to carry over Lily, do you have anything

to add about the bathroom situation?

Paul. You're so Janet patent is a good

follow online. She works for the Herald-Leader

in Lexington. She covers horse racing, and she

doesn't just look for reasons for horse racing to go out of

business. She actually does, it does a

good job? She's at Janet, Patton.

PA tto NHL on Twitter. If you want to go find her, she

was following these hearings. Really closely did a really nice

job, and she tweeted something like they went into closed

session. About this.

So I quote treated reminder, this is a publicly funded

organization that shouldn't be debating, this race behind the

scenes and she responded. Those are the rules and I said,

appreciate your work. The present rule is stupid,

right? It's gonna grab your fault,

Janet. But the rule is really stupid.

And so, I don't know. I like what they do up at

Hoosier Indianapolis Indiana Grand with the with the steward

came and they you get to see them making decisions about

races. I would appreciate some kind of

transparency where the cake HRC is talking about this in an open

Forum. I'm actually turns they said

that there's not after maximum-security.

They come down and they tell us they're going to give us this

press conference. And then they sit down, they

make a statement and then they get up and walk away and how we

were. So madly because we were sitting

in that press I sat around was my first derby covering it for

the part of the show and I just I just remember thinking I can't

imagine getting a paycheck from the people in front of me and

going. Oh, what's that?

He want, he wants to get out of here bleep off and that's

essentially what they did and I just there's a level of

arrogance with the k-chart. Okay, HRC because I don't think

they do a poor job race to race. Like that's not the issue here,

right? As far as stewards and things

like that, it's stuff like this be more way, more transparent

like does it matter to you? That this is an ointment or if

it's an injection, like, do you care?

Do you care that in the UC Davis?

Sexy that he's got joint that is droids are worn down.

And this is what people say about betamethasone is that it

helps with joint inflammation. If they're overworking the way

by using this letter to you doesn't, if it doesn't, if

people are way off on that, but say it out loud.

That's fine. To be fair though, they're, I

don't think they said that his joints were necessarily like

significantly worse than your average score horse.

Because I mean most horses would have joint issues.

Just like if you were a An athlete, especially if you're

played Sports really young and you started young, you know,

you're going to have some degeneration on those joints.

That's just an automatic. So I don't know that that

boredom say this matters as much, so if you are on the case

first it wouldn't matter to you, right?

I would love it if you were to public forum about it, that's my

point, right? And so that's all I'm getting at

is like, do stuff like that matter to, you know, we don't

care about that. That's not what we're talking

about. If you were hardly G taken

Throwing Shade and Louis, listen, do you know how good of

a hockey player Louis rubella? Us.

All right. Come up now.

Love to Yeah, maybe I will we can watch you.

Play hockey highlight reel. I'll give you some problems for

that. If you should drink dad week, I

would totally come to this. I'll Bundy talking about his

high school days. Here we go.

Talked about this before on the show and I may give you know who

Al Bundy is. No that's not the 1090 guy who

like murdered everybody? No no you know this you know has

J Pritchard from Modern Family. That's Al Bundy.

So that's not that's Ed. Ed O'Neill.

Ed O'Neill. Yes.

His name on Modern family's Jay Pritchard.

Yeah. But where does other name come

from? Al Bundy?

Was married with Children like through the show.

That made him famous. I got it following that Sherwood

Roseanne changed sickhouse driver.

Anyways. You know, I would never play

hockey again in my life, because I discovered a couple of years

ago, from a doctor that I had bruises on my brain that will

never heal. Playing ice hockey.

And and it affected the chemistry of my body in a way

that was overwhelming and put me in therapy.

So, I stopped playing ice hockey for those reasons.

A, my kids will never play Ice Hockey, so there you go.

So there you go. Okay.

So just just video highlights or much safer.

I didn't play for into college and I have nine documented

concussion just from hockey right now I have three

Documented ones from outside of hockey, suggestion to the kids

out there, don't have a dozen concussions just for local

honey. Just a small gate.

He's ready to get onto the baby Yoda highlights.

But, you know, here we are in the 50-point races.

So it is, we are on battered trainer, wash to see what

happens if these owners, you know, start to shift these

horses to other trainers or not and if a decision is made.

So I, I think things get very interesting over the next four

weeks, but let's move on to Ooh, watch baby Yoda, get beat, go

ahead and play it back on Shay they go to the front up on the

outside. Baby Yoda going to try to come

after that one is they turn to the top of the stretch Bank on

shape. A biota putting swings into

action on the outside also trying to run on Cajun Casa

Nova, a final Furlong left to go, Bank on Shay, here's baby

Yoda on the outside. These two, at the 16th hole,

putting just in behind it with Cajun Casa Nova, baby Yoda, with

a fight on his hands down toward the inside Bank on shape.

Maybe Yoda Bank, on Shay, they come to the wire pink on Shea

came back. Man, what a battle down the

stretch. I mean that was pretty

impressive. So Bank on shave pulls it, out

by the nose. What do you think about baby?

Yoda said, you know, obviously it's a gelding, right?

So that's the kind of horses we like around here.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. Just run forever.

Since I told you that I had been ground cherry on top.

I told you Belmont will never win if I am watching the race.

So So I told you. Yeah I mean it was a better

performance than I then, you know, then some of his other

races here recently. So that was good at least for

back in winning ways here. So the fact that he was able to

win a Stakes race to is appreciated because he only one

allowance races and it he was starting to feel a little who

was that horse hidden hidden connection with our the nude.

America's that that's kind of what this was starting to feel

like and maybe is also. So like is he as good as we

thought he was from that one time?

I don't know. Yeah, I mean to be fair baby

Yoda's last win was in September and only on Trace.

Right. So right?

All right. Huge number connection had that

huge number and the Flop. And this guy did it on the fast

track. But regardless, from the Belmont

campus, he feels like the new hidden connection to me.

All right, so Louis anything to add on baby yoga, consistent

Guillermo, dude, every year that we do the this show, Have at

least one or two horses that have a Star Wars reference, and

to do better, like, decent horses that are running, steaks

level. So, kudos to those owners out

there. Keep the Star Wars reference is

coming like these race cars. Now, something Star Wars related

and then we had Gladys and that allowance race.

The full sister to Rachel Alexandra.

Ran like it. Rough what you like with the

Rachel Alexandra States? Is today are this?

We're going to talk about today. It's not actually today, right?

Is that it Everyone to know that that race is named after a

former Philly named Rachel Alexandra.

You're so good with those that I know, I know I just I had to

pull it out. Let's don't pull it out.

So what we're going to do today, what we're going to do today is

Louise going to give us a quick just update on or not a preview

of world. So just kind of a rundown and

then we're going to do some handicapping on the pick-6.

Actually, not the pick-6, I apologize.

But there are six races that we're going.

Talk about out at the fairgrounds and 44 reason

started a so Louis, why don't you go with your moral preview

here? Yeah, it's just right.

It's General. George de Laurel Park, it's

actually a cool Stakes day. I think they have either seven

or eight steaks on the card. There's two great trees to close

at the end of the card which is nice.

They're making the horrific decision to run a five thousand

dollar claim were at the end of the card.

Shame on you Maryland Jockey Club.

This is not how you should be doing things.

Look at how the fairgrounds is running their leg pick five

which I could. I'm with John Dooley does start.

There is actually pick five. It's just not in the form

earlier forms. I'm sure it shows up now but

like an actual answer from someone as to why they do that.

Because the only answer I've ever heard was that it allows

for traffic but like no one's at the racetrack.

Like let's be real with ourselves, you know?

Yeah. Is that really a thing or I

don't know. Yeah, we did it once and so

we're always going to do it forever which seems very

on-brand for horse racing. Yeah.

So like but I got a nice reply from John Dooley on Twitter.

That? Yes, there is a like big five.

He kind of it was a little like yes.

Dumbass of course you have a late pick five but it's not of

the form so wasn't trying to be a smart or dumb ass in that

case. There's in the form there's the

listed in all steak steak for but the second leg of that is a

low-interest the like it's fine. These are things I'm against so

anyways, but at Laurel started the late pick, five starts with

Race Six, like think it does. Does the Nellie Morse and that's

the first single the day. The six Miss Leslie is in that

race, Maryland royalty their Angel Cruz and Claudio Gonzalez.

She's by far the best horse in that race.

So you could go from playing that pick for which has think

the takeout rate is 11% higher. The pick out the takeout rakes

and pick five on the Maryland, circuit are super low, I either

12 or 14 percent, I want to lean toward 12, very, very low.

And then in re7 I spread a little bit there. 1 3 4 & 5

that's in. The John be Campbell for

four-year-olds -16 going around the track, all the way and 1345

there that does include the nine to five favorite in the one,

which is working on a dream, but I do think you do need to spread

a little bit more here because I do think alario.

For example, the Maryland bread has a serious shot there and I

really do like Treasure Trove of 5 in that race.

Moving on the next race is race 8, which is the grade 3 Barbara

fritchie. So, this is for failures and

mayor's 74 a long. So back-to-back grade threes at

7:00 for a long as they're in Maryland.

I do spread this race as well. The two, three, four and eight.

Saint taken half the horses here, including glass ceiling,

Kev Kev Allosaurus, and who else are they Regal retort in?

Then, of course, the eighth is belt of the north.

I did all of these before the numbers were out.

So I do have a 75 favorite in that race.

If you wanted to shorten up and try to use that sort of find,

that's fine. I don't think you should do that

because in the next race is a horse named cord maker.

He does is run in Maryland and win.

He's the to erase 9 in the great three, General George.

He is shortening up to seven furlongs.

You'll notice his numbers at 7:00 for loans are not great,

but he has tempered 26 lifetime at at Laurel has won his last

three at Laurel at a mile and an eighth of a mile.

It is 16th and at a mile. So the horse seems to not care

how far he's going at Laurel. He just wins again.

This is Carrasco. And it actually in this case

with Ronnie Jenkins they hit 13 percent together at Laurel

limited sample size can vary. Very good.

And then in the last, I'm actually going to Shorter in

that. 5,000 claimer, that has 75 letters after a qualifying, you

for the race with the five and the six.

What are the odds in their 05-22 and 825?

Look at me, agreeing with the Maryland morning, winemaker.

There you go. Danny deep Cuts is a New York

bread and then Congress Hall will be my two in the last race

my initial ticket. If you'll put that up, JD is 16

bucks, you can build off of that but it's a very playable leg

pick five. I would prefer to play that like

I said, because I do think Miss Leslie comes through in that

Like, it makes that pick five with that lower.

Take out much more plentiful than the pit for of course, the

General George always run on President's Day weekend and is

named after General George Washington and Nelly Morse.

By the way, very interesting fetch testing fact about Millie

more. Signaling Wars was a champion

Philly and Maryland won the Preakness as a filly in 1924 but

also won the Pimlico Oaks which later became the black-eyed,

Susan, obviously I'm assuming, they weren't ran, you know, back

the same day or back-to-back days, so but yeah.

So, there you go. I'm guessing.

I don't know for sure, but that Nellie Morse is probably the

only horse. That is either won the Preakness

and the Pinnacle of / black-eyed Susans.

So, it would be great if she wanted it like that, like 12:35

post time and they came back and ran in the practice at 4:30 like

just the same day. Let me using old-school Horse.

Let's go. Yeah.

And so, it's kind of fitting that you have an ally Morse,

affiliate won the Preakness. And we got the Rachel, Alexander

who, which is another filial. One pig is, kind of, kind of a

big day, that way. So, all right, let's go on to

Fair, Rounds and we are going to start with race seven.

It is a fuck about this. What this is about five and half

for a long time. The turf.

I love that the foot that they put.

It's about five natural enzyme cannot get enough of that.

It's a lot of those. Yeah, it's very, I understand

that. It's very Norland.

Yeah, you know, the colonel power is what we're going with

this 100,000 are raised for four year, olds and up Megan, you

wanna go first? Sure.

So I have a to her It's just might on top big big fan of

Michelle level and I think she's an excellent conditioner and

this horse is super exciting. Does that the really good horses

change of control, being one of them but just might is a horse

that she actually bred herself part of.

And so she's pretty much got to make most of the decisions for

this horse. And he just seems to be a bit of

a wind machine in this particular race.

He actually looks like he could have he could be the speediest

of the bunch. You seems like Where's that go

to the front and be happy saying there, where there's a lot of

kind of late, closing sprinters in this particular field.

So I actually think the race shape sets up very well.

And, you know, this is a horseshoe that seems like you

can run on any kind of surface which I really appreciate

because he's got actually quite a few wins and stakes races on

the dirt. In fact, the one at Colonial in

the Chesapeake, you lost a shoe somewhere in the race.

I'm still ran like lights out that day but they a big fan of

that horse. I definitely have that one on

there. R.

I also put the eight horse and my top picks trained by eduard

Von who recently started training horses here in the u.s.

He's from England. He's he's I guess he's, I think

he's been here for maybe a year or so but this is a horse who

comes from off the pace. He's going to need something to

run at with the exception. If you throw out the race on the

synthetic last time at Sherwood Park was you clearly hated.

It brings you to an allowance race where he had a hop start.

So we didn't have any luck there and then one more line down, It

was in the wood bird at the moment where he ran against

golden, pal, extravagant kid, who of course, one in Dubai and

County final who will talk about or I'm sorry who came back to

win his next race there. So that was a pretty stacked

field of horses and I don't know what the odds are there.

To be fair. I had to have this well before

the odds were out, but I think inhalation with Adam biscuits, I

could come back here off the layoff hopefully and show us

something pretty exciting. So I have the the 28 and then

possibly the one cow and And of course you've asked me said

who's burned me so many times. I just don't know what to do

with that one. Blue, by the way, your

inhalation is 22, 1. That is a Megan special right

there. That's right.

Megan's long shot. Just myself in this race.

Only lost in the last eight races. 123456789 Thrace is

either. Disqualification or at

Keeneland. And so I'm not holding out

against the horse. I think this is a pretty obvious

single. If you're using this in some

kind of sequence, actually a coward in the second spot, I

think that a 2-1 finish is pretty likely here.

I am, very intrigued by Megan's inhalation pick, which I do not

agree with. However, now that doesn't

Because in order to find a horse, a lot of the time, you

know, not all the time, don't at me but like add a big price like

that, especially when you have a heavy favorite, one of two

things needs to happen. Either the horse, had some

significant legitimate trouble that you can read in the running

lines and just cross off those performances and then he's able

to step up or something's going to happen in the race.

Like somebody misses the start or something like that, may

falls off, whatever. But that's where I think you

find kind of those big bombs in these types of spot.

So, a day like this, nice cat. Thank you.

I think look at my pink Post-It note.

It's reminding me what to do for the goat that just gave birth

yesterday. That's good.

So anyways, don't let million babies are the kids.

Hey, speaking of which? So let's talk a little bit

because, you know, we talk all the time about Classic on class

and just might to Louise point, you know, is One all kinds of

lists stakes races really the once that horse steps up in a

graded Stakes company, the horse struggles a little bit.

I mean, it's a great example of, you know, just why we say class

gone class in my estimation, we this is a listed Stakes horse

forms very well to listed six horse and there's nothing wrong

with. Its had a great career and it's

made a lot of money but that's just what it is.

But yeah, absolutely. Force has been in graded stakes

races. There's been a lot of speed.

Sure, spots horse who doesn't festering on the front end.

We see that time and time again. I think about the race with

skansen and are no, no one's gone.

Someone at Churchill Downs, right?

You had those two speed horses that were each other down.

And so I think that can happen with this type of a horse and

did in the three greatest takes that I can see on the form and

the horses that were in, those races were Bound for nowhere

imprimis or super super. Oh no, huge Fields.

Yeah, you know. Federal Reserve like these are,

these are huge names. What's the Dominique's and

striving cave winsterhammerman? Yeah, I d-- is incapable of

getting a graded Stakes when I just think the particular grade

stakes races at the source of Benin have been pretty

challenging. Yeah, yeah.

Also, actually, because magic Megan mentioned speed Cowan is

not a go to the league kind of horse.

So just my doesn't have a horse to its inside.

That's going to want to go to the Lis.

Just B. Going to be able to get that.

He has, he's one on the front end before but They get it says

preferred reptiles before. Yeah, yeah and he does break

from the rail here so maybe that's what they decide to do.

Especially if he's gonna have to use and try to win.

I agree. Yeah.

A lack of speed in here, but but I think just might as a little

bit more comfortable doing that. All right, let's move on now to

race 9 which is the Albert install Memorial hundred

thousand are raised for Phillies and Mayors four-year-olds up.

This is about amount of 16th and we have the Catholic Choice with

the one hoarsely Pass the Plate. So is that who you're going

with? So one of my favorite 2021

moments, excuse me, was actually a household jr.

Winning this race last year. It's not a handicapping.

Note is just nice to see ya cheap things and to do it.

It's positive. Personal to them is really cool.

So I just remember the interview after the race and his obvious

legitimate emotion about it. And it was one of my favorite

moments last year and help other people haven't forgotten it, but

Pass the Plate. Does get first those here and

I'm gonna chronologically apparently, but don't take it.

Take up this mirror 16 races. Not at this track, she has two

institutions and five races. One last time I've listed steaks

at this distance, she hits the board two-thirds of the time

over her career. Regardless of track, should a

great Runner obviously. Include the eight is a meat.

I don't actually know the numbers on.

This will be fried Hernandez. Junior Sarita, vo their General

numbers are good, but SRI is yet to really fight her footing at

the stakes level. And so this could be a nice

break through runner for her ran second last time in listed

company at a mile previously, one.

At a mile and a sixteenth. She gets a 22% office shortly

off. So this is probably an include

as well. I'm 18 in a shorter ticket in

the stall, May? Yeah.

No, I am fine. Brothers, I have the three on

top abscond for a connealy and Adam.

That's because I think the script might have needed that

last race she was in against Pass the Plate.

In fact, she was favored over her but she lacked a bit of room

and I think that this is a horse that probably needed that start

in order to get back to her best running.

And she did that too. In May of last year, she came

back off a little bit of a layoff.

She had it, okay. Third of the janitor, really

close fourth place, like, showing off by 3/4 of a length.

So, it was a blanket finish integrated Stakes race.

So, I think this is a horse that prefers s up as we would say,

went crazy and Australian other places.

I think this is her comeback race here and she's able to get

back to her winning ways I like, The fact that Adam dusk has been

on her a couple of times, so hopefully, they've kind of

created a bit of a report I agree with you on a Miche.

I give her a little bit of an excuse.

I think that she she started off her career on the dirt.

They tried her sprinting then they try to get him on the 16th

at Keeneland excuse me and she didn't like the dirt at also,

like, okay fine. She means the Air Force since

then, she's only had one bad effort and it was at Keeneland

over the good listed good at Keeneland, which we know is

wetter than most. Two other extract listed good

because Keeneland firm already has a little bit of moisture to

it. So, when Gail listen, as a good

track, curve course, it's it's got some rain but I did look at

the weather forecast for Saturday, in New Orleans and it

is supposed to be sunny and beautiful.

And so I think it should be firms.

I actually think the conditions look like they're going to set

up perfectly for a mission. I'm willing to forgive any off

performances that she's had because again, I think they're

pretty legitimate excuses. So I really like a mission here

as well. I thought about possibly the

nine horse, I hear you or Brandon Walsh and Tyler Gaffney

own. This one, one last time out here

at Fairgrounds, It Was a Race that was over, the sloppy

racetrack was taken off of the turquoise but has plenty of

experience on the grass. She races background Turfway

Park, sad. Some do an okay performance over

the synthetic. So, since Brennan has got a

picked up the training on this horse, the numbers have improved

on average, with previously, trained by Michael said.

Um, but And took over here. And I just think he's kind of

figured her out pretty well. So I'm curious to see as Tyler

gets aboard for the first time since Brendan is trained.

The horse. He did Rider to a couple of nice

finishes one Juice drink by Mike siddim.

I'm hoping is that we see another another gear come out of

this one. I will say I wanted to go back

to abscond real quick the to I hear every excuse me if Scott I

hear everything Megan is saying I think eventually a horse that

hasn't That one I think it's going on three years.

It just gets used to being in second and third.

It's just it's just what they get used to even if it's better

company. And I know we're dropping into

lower company than what she's been running it for sure.

That's not, that's not even a debate.

And I understand why Megan likes the horse second off.

The layoff 5% with Eddie connealy stakes races 6% with

Eddie connealy. That's why I left him scarred

off of my tickets. I just wanted people to

understand that. Yeah, I just think I hear you on

that. I just think that the minor

placing Just that she has run at all those that were clearly

above where she needed doesn't run.

I think those third by half a length, s by 3/4 length, by 3/4

length, I think those performances in those graded.

Stakes races are good enough to beat this building a list of

sanctuary. All right, so we're going to

move on to The Mineshaft named after 2003 horse of the year who

ironically did not win a Breeders Cup race finished.

Second in the Stephen Foster I think he even finished second in

this state race when it was the world away.

But this is. So this is named after March.

After the 2003 horse the Year, this is a mile in a 16th.

This one's not about. I think they've got this one

down pat that it is a amount of 16 is great.

Three 250,000 are purse for four year, olds and up and who do you

like in this one? Make I have the five Mi d as my

top pick. This is one for Chad Brown

coming. Lay off hasn't raised since

November of last year and that was a win in a list of stakes

race Chad Brown with that. Kind of layoffs.

Comes back to win at 25% horses that of on their last start 26 %

j''r races, 25% route races 26% graded, stakes races a, measly

18%. So, you know, if you want to

talk about the trader percentages there, Lois, this

one certainly is an obvious choice in that regard.

You know, the again, the one kind of off performance for this

source of view. Are willing to cross something

out or two, rather was a seven for a long Sprint race and the

grade one Travers, but this horse ran up against essential

quality. Who was just named three world

champion, male horse slots, we get the eclipse award.

So I think that this is certainly a field that this

horse as long as he comes back, getting ready to go which the

statistics say he will from the barn of Chad Brown.

I think that's absolutely your horse to beat in here.

I thought about the 10 untreated as well for Todd Pletcher, kind

of the same thing. You know, had that race in The

grass and just ran nowhere. And then came back and had I do

two wins at Aqueduct, which is good.

But I think some of the races that some other horses or that

the whores, I just mentioned, ran and before are a bit more

impressive to me, but still one that I thought about and then

the for is Olympiad. But again, Belmont doesn't win

when I watch. So Megan, who won this race last

year? I do remember.

Maxfield Maxfield? Yeah, good old Max.

Hey, Megan turn your computer off.

It's been fun. If you can't get a Max, real

question, right? You should probably just go to

bed. That's right.

That's right. Yeah, you're done.

So, you didn't mention, I have on top.

I don't love this race. I For every way to afford to,

press all in this race because I do think a tunnel horses can win

here, really? I went ahead.

I put a base on top because I think he's a horse for the

course. All of his best run.

He's been at Fairgrounds, the Foley numbers are not

overwhelming but he and Brian Hernandez, Junior hitting it,

32% a limited sample size of Fairgrounds obeys.

This is just the type of horse, to keep that number up, I'll

include him, I then have. And then I talked about the ten

untreated. He's an interesting shipper for

Todd Pletcher, went Two terms to break is made didn't do well in

the Bluegrass. They do right by the horse to

give them the time off, seven months comes back he's back to

himself to turn winds at Aqueduct.

Two of them should like the surface at Fairgrounds compared

to those deep goes and you know in Queens wait hold on a second.

Isn't that isn't Aqueduct? The mile of one turn yes but the

he Wente a twice? He went there.

Okay? Nevermind.

Yes. Oh he's only gone wrong turn.

So excuse me and in my life. A, you're totally right.

My notes, say to one turn, Mi wins at Aqueduct and I made it.

I apologize for my little, my notes are right.

And so he should like to service the fairgrounds compared to the

Deep, go and queens, Bluest Eyes, the board, he's an include

for me. The horse between them is the

nine. Happy American, who's over five

at Fairgrounds, but should have one last time out the listed

steaks over the distance over the same course Superfast 143

over. That course, I think you should

be an include here as well first time booking for this horse, for

all Drew is on midcourt. Much more favorable company than

what? That horse has been running.

It much more favorable, I think he's capable of a huge number,

and then I wrote last the best, New York shipper is MI e the

five Jose Ortiz. And Chad Brown beat speakers,

corner. And dad are the last two times

out. Excuse me, one of which was a

mile and an eighth Aqueduct, which is two turns.

What if one by a bunch, if they were at the distance that the

running on Saturday, he actually slow down at the end of that

race. I think you can include.

So I went 8510 N 9 and 7. I see what you're saying about

abscond, but I'm going to apply that to midcourt.

Because midcourt, I'd suggest I can't with this horse races

back, your wasn't allowed to race again, at Santa Anita,

which basically was like a claiming race, and then it's

some of those Santa Anita like graded stakes races that we

classify here on the horizon, happy hours, like not really

like graded Stakes light, you know, the truck.

So is this a great? Great, the wind before that was

in 2024. That horse Olympiad is the

favorite in this race. I'm just saying.

Anywhere near 722. So I'm here that this is not a

great three. It's like a good.

I mean, grade 3, minus FS, right?

Okay. Yeah.

Let's there's some horses that are I think if either Olympiad

or Mi D wins in this race and then goes on to do something

else, they could actually become a great three, okay?

But at the current time is great for you guys, there's a great

there. - yeah, let's move on to to race 11, which is the

fairgrounds at Fairgrounds. This is a great 350-thousand

dollar purse for four year, olds and up.

And we're going to How to see a repeat winner here potentially

for captivating Moon, who tries to, who did win this race last

year, but is coming in here, 20 to 1.

So the horse who won this race last year, is in this race at

12:40 make. And what do you think about what

you think about this? I had the three horse as 12:48,

as they're signing - races and here, I mean, maybe, yeah, I

there's a couple things I like about this horse.

I mean, you are Are getting a technical drop down in class

because this horse was in the grade 1 Hollywood Derby.

This is a Grade Three, when a mile and an eighth last time and

we're going about a mile and a. So those two things, light up,

Louisville work out. Yeah.

Love the workout reports for this horse, in the past couple

of drills, I just think he comes into the bullet work over there

on the turf course. He works really fast over the

main track as well. You know, the one maybe

vulnerability for this one is that it does seem like he's a

closing. So he's going to need a little

bit of speed to run at but I think that Brendon Walsh can

certainly bring horses back off of a bit of a layoff and I'm

really curious to see what Tyler aboard again, you know, if we

can get another another gear out of this one.

So I really like Santa and at 12:48 I like it even more.

This was the race Louis that I thought all right this would be

my spread race so I have the three six, seven ten, possibly

the nine. So the six is ever run in the US

before. Chad Brown trains.

Who are they? Ortiz rides first time.

Lasix again, all the things that I said before which had brought

him, his great percentages apply here.

So I'm going to include that one.

The seven Halo again for, right? Come on, we're going for Steve

asmussen. I thought about withdrawal

Rosario who wrote this horse through a really good sign I'm

only I'm never gonna get it right.

Only only two races on the turf course but that includes a first

and a second and it's had plenty of races over the Woodbine

track. So It certainly seems like he's

built for this type of race. And then sorry the ten horse the

margin for Todd Pletcher was really intriguing because I

think we're getting back to a bit more of a manageable level

and spot for this one. Yeah, that's right.

And I really didn't know what to do with the nine-point by me.

You know, the one kind of big win for this horse.

Technically, this is a grade one winner but it was in the first D

and formerly known as the Arlington million, right?

And at a mile and I just didn't think that was a Rate field.

So I mean bikers on. So that's Megan.

Do you know who Steve Largent is?

There's no way, no way receiver for the Seattle Seahawks as he

and daddy says he's a senator. Now what I did can we just point

out that I was on the Bobby V show and talked about football

and chose the Rams to win and they want.

So like I am currently one for one with you had a 50/50 shot.

We're buying drinks, everybody that humblebrag.

Okay. I am undefeated curly with my

other sports beside horse racing.

What do you guys say about the fair girl?

Undefeated never lost. I um Island out three horses

here. Three, all three of them are in

Megan, stop for cool. Actually landed on, Adamo 26,

Chad Brown hits at 39% with horses running for the first

time in North America. That's stupid.

And Lasix for the first time 36%

and then I large it in the second spot, second off.

The layoffs training, very nicely, plenty size, all the

numbers make sense. I think this, excuse me, this

horse gets a chance to get back into a more normal routine here.

We're on a second timeout. I have the three Santa's.

Well, super lightly really, what is done something?

I really love. Of braces magnet in the

integrand wins. It allowed to Keeneland and

loses. The Hollywood Derby by a neck in

an absolute charge. And so, a recent 57 s 54 a

longer workout had. I gone first, I would have said,

Megan will tell you the horse wasted all its energy in that

workout but Megan apparently doesn't agree that it's okay.

That you think sometimes horses get too Keen for work out and

they run their race in the work out rather than physically.

If you see it I haven't seen this work out but I don't think

Brenda Walsh would let He has that, he's an excellent writer

himself. And I've mentioned, many times,

you know, is staff that I some of which I rode with and had,

no, are very excellent up. Pull it up to anybody.

Anybody can get taken off. Whereas on a horse certainly,

but I don't think that was the case.

I think he is like, to me the workout pattern dreams that this

horse is sitting on a huge race. They have him heat up and ready

to go. Because look, I mean, he's race

or freezers want to run and he's off since November of last year.

I mean this force is Like tearing down the walls of the

stall to run and that's what I interpret that as, but to be

fair, I didn't see the workout with my own eyes Katie points

out the very obvious here. We besmirched almost by not

mentioning them two Emmys, the 11 is the favorite here.

We did not mention that for so that means either one way to win

by Evan please. And also, we've mentioned any

Grant a couple times and we got to give a shout out to our girl

for ya. Burping, the baby new bowl.

Yeah. So and I sent her Her a text and

Rachel text and said, hey, good job.

Mama and like, she Stills, like connected to her phone.

I got like a risky enough for seconds.

Absolutely. She's probably listening right

now. I mean, lets, you know,

breastfeeding breastfeeding and listening at the same time.

Yeah, get a life. Rachel.

So let's move on to speaking of Rachel, to the Rachel Alexandra

stakes, and listen, I mean, this whore, this race never produces

any good horses, you know. Last year we had this horse

named Clara are be travel column.

I don't know who those two horses.

I never finished third in this race to the idiom and finite

source and guinea are priests who won this race, ma knowing

who's bottomley girl and her that that you know.

So this is a, this is obviously like this is, this is the

coming-out party for Phillies all the time.

Any horse that wins this race. You've got to take serious as a

not only just for the Oaks, but just one of those fillies, you

becomes. A mayor who's just going to be a

dominant force in the sport. So and of course if you've

listened to us at all we love the Phillies because they race

longer, right? So we like to see horses that

you can get behind a really follow.

So Louis, who's that horse going to be this year.

In the Rachel Alexander loaded field here wanted to point out,

shout out to the folks at the fairgrounds 300,000 dollar per

year. You want to get more secure

races, that's what is really good.

I'm very excited for this hard. I agree with you, I'll go ahead,

I'll take the BC juvenal alumna, the 11 hidden connection.

I think she ended up the favor three, two, one Calhoun

Gutierrez connection, 37% sizable sample at Fairgrounds

Works have been good and consistent at Fairgrounds more

than a hunch than anything, but she's already won over two turns

in his bio Curlin stallion out of an awesome again, mayor, I

think she's in include, obviously Trader robertinho

Roberts, you know. Diadora has the Before dream

list, who is apparently a six to one give her some time off.

After winning the to turn grade to Goldenrod at Churchill Downs.

He and Ramona baskets hit 34 percent in a huge sample, has a

ton of experience in high-level steak, so I think she's an

include as well. And then another six gosh yes,

six to eight 1821 horse in the one lakh Reet I think she's a

likely winner. This is a Steve asmussen.

Joel Rosario combination, all the numbers make sense for her.

I think she's likely part of the equation.

I don't think spreading more than that is silly at all.

I think it's wide open but those are my top three at least eleven

four and one. I'm very excited that you didn't

mention one of my favorite horses in here and possibly my

top, pick at 8 to 1 and that is North County and North County.

And I remember seeing her in the paddock, she first of all is

such Athletic Cisco feed bills. I didn't know who she was or

whatever and it's me, honestly, I do.

Well, it was just an allowance race.

I guess I wasn't looking like a big race that I was paying

attention to and try and look for work but it was just one of

those sources that caught my eye and I turned around.

I was like, who is that? And then she immediately

proceeded to rear and was like giving her two handlers he was

trapped on either side like seriously hard time for Paul

Madden was doing everything. This isn't for Brendan was doing

everything he could to just keep her from just Hissing.

She's just fly off the ground and leave feeling like leaving

from the Blue Grass Airport. And she I remember that

everything up to her and I thought, man, she looks so

Sophie, this is probably an excellent turf turf course

rather. And she was, I think pretty good

price at a, she's like 12 to 1. So I put a couple bucks down on

her anyways, and she won by two lengths that day, but it was one

of those that she, when she finished, she had so much left

in the tank and you can see it from her.

And then, so she comes. Back and she shows up in a dirt

race. And again, I'm kind of surprised

by this because I thought this was like, super scope eater

Force, you know, long distance, whatever.

And I think that applies as far as the distance is concerned,

but the fact that she was able to prove herself on the dirt

surface here at Fairgrounds to me is really exciting.

So she is super athletic and I think she's definitely one to

watch here. So I'm I have her date someone.

I had the nine awake at midnight as a possible intercept here.

Doug, O'Neill coming from the West Coast.

I don't know. You know, I'm kind of hesitant

to take some of those, but why not us horse?

You didn't mention Louis was the seven turn her loose?

And this is the one that's moving over from Turf to jerk.

So kind of something similar, but we haven't seen her prove

herself on dirt. Yet, that being said, Brad Cox

wins at 33% wooden horses from those services.

So that's certainly something to take note of and then I, I agree

with you, possibly look at Hidden connection and then,

look, Crete, who I think is an up-and-coming star.

I'd probably put, like, went ahead of hidden connection, but

I maybe it's just a hunch thing for me and because I physically

saw this or some was so taken by her, but I'm probably gonna bet

a nice would bet on North County, and, and hope for the

best. Yes.

All right, we're gonna move on to the Risen star Stakes of this

is where the first 50 point, Kentucky Derby prep race is.

And it Is in the fairgrounds risen Star, by the way, probably

the most accomplished of Secretariat's.

Offsprings. Yep.

And was one of those horses that getting him to the Kentucky

Derby as the favor in 1988, lost a winning colors, but went on to

win the Preakness and Belmont. And and when after the Belmont

got hurt in the Belmont, never race again.

So this is the Risen star to, you know, two legs of the Triple

Crown for Risen star and we got another really good field here.

I'm sure including like we Drive, slow down, Andy, who

knocked off Messy, as a two-year-old, and Louis, and

small Happy who we talked about earlier as well, mandolin won

this last year, obviously didn't pretty good, the Kentucky Derby

himself. Who do we like in this one,

Megan? Oh me, I first of all, we have

to mention the eight horse smile, happy obviously 722.

Plenty of people like this one trained by Kenny Peak.

I've been pointing for this race for quite awhile corollaries,

going to retain them out there that Kentucky Jockey Club.

We mentioned this earlier has turned out to be such a

productive, race smile. Happy want it by I think pretty

decent. Yeah three and a quarter length

so a decent margin there just game running from out of it but

able to just pass I think tired horses but certainly some

talented horses as we have seen across the causeway who we

mentioned. One the same F Davis finished

second and the white everio who was What do you mean in Florida?

Was the quite a bit, and I certainly think that he is a

reasonable favorite in here, but I think I might try maybe to

beat him with Papa cat. Who I have recently become a fan

of. That's a good one.

There with Tyler Gap. Lyon in the irons for the very

first time. He rides extremely well for Mark

hasse, we've seen them team up. Tyler fan on the show

apparently, but but see them team up many times on many good

horses. I watched the last couple of

races and you know, this works finished behind Corniche in the

American pharoah, the grade One race at Santa Anita, the

Breeders Cup juvenile finished. Second there to for nice as well

and as already done quite a bit of shipping in his career to so

you know, he basically 31 on debut, goes to Del Mar and

immediately in the best pal, he wins there then in a Del Mar

Futurity, he Was for that day. And I think maybe he just needed

that, that seven furlongs is a little top, and obviously a

grade 1, but then he performs so well, me other great ones after

that, in the lecompt, I thought that he fought on actually

pretty well. He finished third in that race,

but he really battled for quite a while and I don't think the

writer switch sticks on them very much in that stretch.

And so, I'm curious. Two things.

One with a different writer here if we're going to see an

improvement but also just the fact that this horse is going to

run second off the layoffs and we talked about that quite a bit

and I think that could be especially as he's a

three-year-old now, you know, in his second race as a

three-year-old. I think this is probably horse

that's matured and the best way. So I I've kind of talked myself

into really liking Papa Cap and then the only other one.

I'll mention is the five epicenter for Steve asmussen.

We just see him ask me how he I'm never gonna it's not going

to happen. I'm still gonna scratch

everything run. So many of his good horses.

He brings his a string down to county fairgrounds, and this

seems like a logical, you know, next big star for him.

He really hasn't done much wrong.

His only bad effort came when he was sprinting, but since this

horse has been in drought in route races rather he's done

very well. And by the way, shout out to not

this time who has like an unbelievable amount of very

talented horses, very talented three-year-olds and others that

we have seen, Here recently, I feel like every time I'm talking

about horse that I really like, especially on the Derby and Oaks

trailer at graded stakes races, it's about this time.

So well done for tailor-made that Giant's causway line.

Could be a problem. It's legit.

There's a lot of good reading in there for sure it is easy to

look at what of REO. Classic cosmetic.

Go oh wow, smile. Happy won that race.

He should be on top. Yeah, I think the choice for the

better here is you either include a more.

You try to take a stand Megan didn't match it, a horse who

shipping and the old, why not us opportunity here in the 10, slow

down. Andy the Cal bread, who beat

Messier by overtaking him in the stress, the stretch, excuse me,

hello Sal look messy. A doesn't love Lo Sal, but any

horse who beats Messier is good by me.

And so I've actually got slow down Andy in my top spot,

epicenters of my second spot, a decent second in the Lo comp.

So he's already got the The form there.

I think he's getting a better Works.

Makes sense to connections. Make sense.

That's an include for me, hiya pop a cap in the third because I

like Tyler getting them out there, a bunch of hitting the

board, just not quite there. Tyler's the kind of jock that

gets horses over the top and so that to me is an obvious

include. So those are my four.

If you're going to play this race the said 51 and then the

eight. But to me you either play the

eight. Or do you play?

Not the 84 for many purposes. All right, so sorry on Andy

making just out of curiosity. I mean definitely doesn't have

the speed figures at some of the other horses, anything else that

you would knock on slow down? Andy Oh, I mean we've seen some

nice horses. Come out of, the Los Alamitos

Futurity so I don't want to necessarily.

Yeah, message me, yeah no I'm beside her nice words, but like,

yeah, right. But oftentimes, yeah, those low

salaries is just don't compute Turf, you know, a lot of jockeys

will take off that meat. That's kind of the like vacation

time. A lot of trainers will like rest

their horses because you're getting Ready for opening day,

Saint Anita whatever. So I'm always kind of leery of

putting a lot of weight on that particular meat, but you know,

why not us? Okay, well Lois, I hope you have

a great trip when you come home. Did Lily freeze, I think Louis

did freeze. He's like a really serious.

Yeah, I just thought that was his face.

Yeah. Megan.

I'm glad the siren go off. I hope you.

I hope you all have an uneventful evening, thank you.

Well, I think my husband is feeding the horses but I already

fed them again earlier so they should still be happy for sure.

All right, take care of that. and, and Louis bad happens.

I hope you have a great trip. I don't know if we can hear me

or not. All right.

Let's to pay the tab and get out of here.

We are the horse racing. Happy hour.

We'll talk to you next time.
