Hi. Welcome to a special edition of

the horse-racing happy hour Mike and all faux wood blue year ago

and this is one of my favorite things that we do every year

come to chefs guys. Answer the question.

I'm super excited. We got a special guest.

Sharp as they get to know us. Deep in horse, racing is the

Cubs cago guy and all that sort of good stuff and actually the

rumor we know we're both teachers.

You were. Yeah, I was thinking a yet three

pictures. Yeah.

I actually I heard you were selected in New Orleans because

Joey knew he would have a better percentage against you, then

someone else. No, that's all right.

I love it but we're so glad you could make it tonight.

Also this week as well. So happy to have him in on a

hang out with us tonight. You can also listen to any of

our cover. Judge this week.

We are on ESPN Louisville. The next three days live from

section 322. If you are anywhere in the

vicinity of 320 to come to the top of the section, come say hi

to us as well, 10 to noon on Thursday noon, to two on Friday

and 1:49 on Derby day here on ESPN, 680, 1057 and Louisville.

You can stream it anywhere in the world ESPN global.com or on,

I heart. All right.

So let's get into this real quick and just talk about Lily.

How did we get here with the food?

That's durbeyfield. Talk a little bit about the

road. Yeah.

So first thing is, what is the Kentucky Derby?

What kind of race is it? The Kentucky Derby is a

restricted, race. Only three year olds can run in

it. Now, it is not restricted by

sex, Phillies are allowed to run in the Kentucky Derby.

But the way that we got here is that horses running what we call

prep races and they race, those frankly, all around the world,

if you're up in Japan and the United States and can get

points, Derby points to qualify for the Kentucky Derby this

year. So there's a lot of points again

this year. Five Points, they added points

to earlier racist, to try to entice people to be in that

Kevin saw the fruits of that actually larger field sizes at

Fairgrounds some of the early, perhaps seem to work out that

way. Other people don't like it,

Arkansas Derby, second runner isn't in the field for example.

So there's a Nina second under. Yeah.

And also some questions about that but I like it personally.

Kevin do you like the point system the new move to encourage

people to run more, or do you think there should be more

emphasis on the end of the road? Yeah, I feel like if you get per

second and with these last races that your Good form.

You're really at your best to Peak and you should be in the

derby. So I could actually be shipped

in that way. Yeah, it's been interesting.

So they basically, they took the point system, the added points

all the way to fifth place is basically what they did and

typically like you could be in the 30s in the past and in the

race this year, we have horses you have 45 points in that in

the Kentucky Derby. So it was a it was a pretty

major change. So just to kind of piggyback on

what Lewis said anytime. You see the word Derby in a

horse race, that means it's going to go chicken.

The three-year-olds, Anytime you see the word Oaks, that means

it's going to be three year old Phillies.

So those two words will always signify that it's a

three-year-old race. The other, the other part of

this is we talked about those preps, some of the best

predictors for success. In the Kentucky Derby.

No race has been a better predictor than the Florida

Derby. More.

What winners have come out of the Florida Derby than any other

race. The second most is actually,

from a road race called The Wood Memorial, which is run an

aqueduct on Long Island. Now, the last winner of the, the

Kentucky Derby, it's also when the wood Memorial was a horse

named Foose ieg. Pegasus in 2000.

So recently it hasn't been a very good predictor but

historically, excellent. I do think, at some point, we

will get someone out of the wood that wins this round.

About three year olds though is you know, they start racing it

to. That's the earliest of those

start racing again out there. That's when they're like, kind

of high schoolers right there. Still figure it out.

They're still growing in their body and mentally physically,

the really try to get there at 3:00.

It's like that transition which should happen to the

three-year-old. You go from a college player to

a pro, right? It depends of what point in the

year as a three-year-old, you do that.

So you know, it's not only what you did.

Last race is how you're stepping forward, how you're getting

stronger, how you figure it out. And that's one of the big

question marks. You always see with the dirt.

So this is what we're going to do today.

This is kind of what's on tap. We're going to go through the

entire durbeyfield and give you some talking points and some

notes about each and every one of them will get a sense of who

it is that we like we're going to go through a couple of the

different races on Oaks day and Derby Day, specifically, on

Derby Day, we're going to go through the Late Pick 5, if

you're bold enough to play that couple of years ago, even though

we had the favor, when the Derby wouldn't justify won the Triple

Crown, it takes six hundred and twenty thousand dollars.

So might be a good thing to put a, you know, what are you sure?

And we're going to go through the basics of waging we're going

to make sure that you guys will come from want it.

There's no dumb questions just dumb people.

So we want to answer all those questions that you might have

about wagering. Make sure that you feel

comfortable about what it is. Is that you're going to do on

Friday or Saturday, at the track or tomorrow if you're out there,

too. So that's what we're going to.

Let's will start. Kevin, let's talk about the ABCs

of betting real quick. Just kind of talk a little bit

about the real basis of that. Okay, so we're all three

teachers and you could end up into this and say reason I did

that. Yeah.

That a little to make a lot. I mean that's it, I'm like maybe

if I get this horse racing thing figured out then I can I can

kick back a little bit but you know, the basics, you know,

there's so many different bets that you can make, right?

That went bad is the basic thing that you can do you have a Oh,

can you take that horse is going to get it done and you like the

price because you know, it's a pair of mutual system, right?

We're all if it's us betting on the race for bet against each

other, I want your money. I want your money, you won't

mind, right? It's kind of a battle on that

way. So if I put $1000 on a horse and

you put one dollar on another horse in, you're getting

basically a thousand to one on your horse right now.

I'm trying to spend one dollar so you got to keep an eye on

odds with you like a horse to win because it drops to a price

you like our makes 60 cents on a dollar, you know that's not What

I'm here to do, if I want to back away from that horse, so

when they wore use it in a different way, when they see the

odds on the tote board, those are really just the odds, for

what's in the wind pool. Is that correct?

Yes, right. So, none of the show me the

plate when you see the odds, it's win money.

That's all. That's all you're seeing the

wind money and Churchill's going to get paid no matter what.

That's right, there's a thing called a takeout.

So what's the take out on the normal wind that it's about 18

percent, right? So they're gonna take 18% out,

and then the rest of that's in the pool.

And then they give it out to the betters.

The other two options there in the simple bets.

The ones that are based on placement win, obviously only

for first place. Place is first or second place

and then show is first. Second or third place that

you're trying to pick off one of those spots of popular been

especially during the Derby because there are so many horses

in the field is a win place show back where you're actually

betting a horse in all three positions.

So the horse is able to say, do better than show better than

third place you get paid twice or even three times if that

force does witness which is it bad that I I personally love, I

love the win place show event and a funny story Louis and I

were the Breeders Cup at Keeneland one year and there was

a horse. I was a 94 to one shot and his

name was hot rod, Charlie and hot rod.

Charlie was in the Juvenile and my grandfather Charlie sold

cars. So I was like, I'm betting, I'm

putting, and he's the reason why I love horse racing, right?

So I'm putting I'm putting money on hot rod Charlie.

I always bet win place show. I bet them to win and he came in

second place on your money. I love.

In place over. It's a great bet.

Especially if you have a strong opinion about about a horse like

Kevin mentioned with longer odds with bigger number over that

one, right? So if this horse at 12:45 that

you really like that horse hits the board, you're likely to get

a pretty decent, pay out even on a to knowingly and you're

betting your name like our buddy last year and was rich.

Didn't that rich strike it and not our marriage strike.

All you have to do is put a little bit of money on their.

We're talking to you rich. Yeah.

And so we're the ones that are within a single.

So when exactly is, how many horses do we have to predict

finishing 12? That's exactly right.

So we have to get right the exact order of finish of the

first place. And the second place finisher.

Now, you can include more than two horses in that vest and do

something called boxing, which puts them all in all of the

positions. Okay?

So let's say you have three horses that you like, and you

think they're going to run 12, you would put them in the Exacta

box at every time you play that it's $6.

Louis, why is it six dollars on a $1?

But because there are six, different possible combinations,

right? So if you play for to it goes up

to $12, right? And then if we play it again,

for three dollars, it goes up to 18 at cetera.

AA, very easy to scale. Those bets up if you want to or

keep them very inexpensive, then we go to a trifecta, which is

the first three horses, of course, right then a Superfecta,

which on Derby Day, by the way, one dollar minimum on superfecta

is very difficult to keep that priced out of superfecta.

So, maybe we stick to the exact, as on Derby day, when you have a

big field and you will all throughout the card on both Oaks

and on Derby Day, you got a real good shot to get a good payout

on exact this. I think Kevin that that's

usually where I try to concentrate my Go raise money.

Yeah, yeah. The exactas trifectas.

He protects? All that stuff's really good.

A lot of people box. Why were you just like these

horses going to run? Well, whatever order you're all

good. But if you really want to kind

of push it a little bit, you like your opinion like in the

Oaks will get into it. I really like South lawn to beat

pretty mischievous. I like that one, too.

I'm going to push that to the boxing, which would cause a

double the money to put all that on there.

So I get double the payout, right?

So if you do feel strongly about it, you don't want to waste that

money on a combination. That's not going to pay as Well,

and you can just put it all one way.

And that's a big conversation that horseplayers go back and

forth about, right? This is the most efficient way

to bet and all that sort of stuff.

So if you feel super strong, if you get a tip on the backside

saying this horse is going to win, just go ahead and put that

horse on top of the exact and put one more set of I'm like on

a normal race day. Sometimes it's too perfect.

Is throwing a dime and so you can box for horses for two

dollars and forty cents, right? And sometimes that's a really

fun way to kind of play a race to and and see if you can get a

bigger payout and you never once while but It's no more than just

a two-dollar win, bad. Really, you know that Exacta box

with the six-dollar bed. For example of allows you to

play the whole day for 75, 80 bucks, that kind of thing.

And so it's you know if you're on a budget you just want to

hang out one of every race. The Exacta box is an excellent

way to go. Thank you.

By the way, as you get into the harder to hit bets, the

denomination that you have to bet goes down.

So, the minimum for a win bet at Churchill Downs is $2.

The minimum for an exact is $1. As you get to a trifecta.

It's 50 Cent's and that is superfecta 10 cents.

So the harder it gets to predict the denomination's go down,

right? So they're actually reinstating

the 20% physics, six this year, I was stoned usually a dollar

and so you can actually play the pick six this year for the 20

cents and then ahead of that, At pick five pic for pic threes,

have a 50 Cent minimum. And then, of course, like we

mentioned the exact, as our dollar.

What is a pick three can pick three.

You got to pick the with the where, three races in a row,

right? And they have rolling pick

three. So it starts with a first or a

second base, third base, and throughout the day, back in the

day, it was like the late Daily Double.

There's only one that you could do.

Now they're just, you know, all over the board, right?

So, what's a daily done? Daily Double.

If you pick the winner, two in a row, right?

Two races in a row. You get it, right?

Of course, that's one benefit. You have, a, if you have Really

strong opinion about a long shot.

You can use that horse in one part of that Daily Double and

maybe use a couple of other horses have because the payout

is going to be better because you're using a longer shot.

It's a really excellent. Usually, the minimum on that is

a dollar as well as like parlay, right uniquely to them to come

to dance to come together, right?

And, you know, you could also just bet one horse to win, just

take all that money and put it on that next horse to win the

next race, but sometimes you get better odds.

You actually get better pay out when you pay today they do.

Double. So that's a nice way to really

maximize that, right? It was all right.

Let's pick some races guys, let's get into it.

We're going to start on Friday and we're going to start right

off the bat with race, five on which is the alley Shiva steaks.

It's a gray to with six hundred thousand dollars on the line and

what's really cool about Oaks and Derby weekend.

This year is we have last year's Derby winner in last year's Oaks

winner both on the card and Rich strike is in this race is amount

of 16th on the dirt but he's A very formidable opponent, an art

collector. A lot of other good horses in

here. Lily, where did you land in this

right now? Like, Kevin go first here, but

with the caveat that I think are collector, is one of the more

polarizing Derby winners. We've had recently Rich striking

me or a strike. Excuse me, our Glacier was

trashing their. Yes correct.

Sorry. Rich strike is one of the more

controversial to people. I think it's board Kevin about

the fact that he was 82 1. If he wins at 12:35, I think we

don't even talk about it. Yeah, maybe so Many people lost

money when epicenter didn't win, right?

Guy local. He gets a lot of the best horses

and as soon as he got there they started sending them to the

front sitting a little bit more forward.

And that really got him to run his best being more in the race

early on, that's where he was able to really take control and

he just turned back art collector as well as some other

good horses in that last race. What was the race and I can

Orleans classic New Orleans classic at the track where I

work. Yeah they they pay me.

Yeah he put them away so well, so dominant.

Italy and he had more to give, right?

So he's a he's a horse I think. So in this race, I think he's

going to be most competitive in the Breeders Cup Classic, which

is the older division male horses.

Biggest parts of the race of the year, at the end of the year.

He's, he's a solid horse in here.

I think he'll be a decent price with Rich strike and there who

take a lot of emotional money. People are attached to a horse.

You know, they want to just like you want about the Derby winner.

Yeah. You wanna get back on that

train. The trains already left West

will power is owned by the West Family, Gary, Mary West.

And that's the Staying connections that own maximum

security when he got dq'd from the Derby.

So they got a little payback at Churchill Downs, although they

race a larger dots all the way, west willpower has won at

Churchill as well as an optional flavor, but he's one of the

track before has around 100. 100 buyers speed figure.

That's the number. You see in the middle of the

form that's in bold and that is a way of measuring how, well, a

horse ran, a race at different tracks around the world so that

we can get an idea at least in the United States.

So we can get an idea of well it's a different surface or it's

a different, you know, it's different configuration or Or it

might be gives us an idea of how fast and how well the horse

actually ran West willpower far away.

The best few figures in this race.

Yeah, I think our collectors actually interesting here, he's

24-6 lifetime at Churchill. He either wins the race or he

misses the board. Mike, you love to say that a

horse is going to miss the board.

How we feel about our Collective?

I think, I think he has a lobbies live here.

I agree with these live here, at least he's got a shot.

That Pegasus is about as good. A grade one Runners.

We've seen the jab, right? So I think he's another one

that's very formal. I do agree that rich strike is

going to take a lot of emotional money.

And by the way, Louis brought up the fact about how important it

is to see how horses done at Churchill Downs before if they

better run there because there are some horses that just

flat-out do not like the service of Churchill Downs and you see a

horse, that's over at Churchill Downs, has never hit the board.

Churchill Downs. But it's racer, two, three, four

times. That's always a big question

mark. For me, it's one thing that I

always pay close attention to smile happy another grade to

winter at Churchill Downs. And you ran in the Kentucky,

Jockey Club as a two-year-old of the Fall.

So if you're looking for a longer price, of course, that's

done. Well as Churchill before did run

in the, he ran in Churchill, in the Kentucky, Derby last year.

And so, you look, if you're looking for a horse that was at

least of the quality to make the field last year, maybe to show

up those exact, as we talked about maybe use the five smile

happiness. All right.

Let's move on if you guys. Good good.

Alright, any questions by the way?

Anybody got anything? No, we're good.

Alright, we're going to move on to what is true?

Only one of my favorite races of the year and I want to lose as

well. We always say if you love horse

racing fall in love with the Phillies.

Because they race, two, three, four, maybe five seasons and

this is no exception. The watch one steaks, which is

great. One 750-thousand dollar Race by

the way, with that Sports gambling.

Bill expect these persons to go up even more.

I'm really excited about another Mana 16th, on the dirt, for

Phillies and mayors that are four year old and over.

And this is where we're going to see.

Last year's Oaks winner, secret oath, but she's going up against

a really, really talented field here with Society search

results. Although, all kinds of just

really good. A more is, I think of you really

saw. It's a battery of tomorrow and

it's good night all, you know, I'm a real bomber, a I guess I

miss her Pauline's pearls in this race.

Just a lot of really good horses you want to you want to go

first. I'll go first, I think this is a

spread race here because I do think there's a lot of quality

here. I do.

See, I I see secret oath as the class of this field Clary.

Are did not make the trip for this one.

I think that actually helps her out a lot because I think she's

going to be first or second for most of this race and be able to

kind of dictate Pace under Tyler.

Got finally on who's been the leading Rider at Churchill for

several years. Now, really knows the track.

Really knows when he needs to kick these horses in.

He's been on her. The last two times she's run,

including last time in the apple blossom at Oaklawn Park, which

she lost by a neck. So she's right there, she won

the timeout before that India's area, do quite, as well.

Going to turn to Come on the 16th.

We're going a mile on the 16th again here.

Early record at that distance is 447 lifetime.

She's got a real serious shot. I think here to win the race.

I'm really interested to see a mulwray here.

I don't know what she's going to do.

Ran really. Well not Beholder.

Mile on the west coast sometimes though.

We see these horses come out of these West Coast braces, Kevin

and it's hard to know if they're going to translate from Santa

Anita, obviously the Santa Anita Derby, a very good predictor for

success. In the Kentucky Derby, you think

she's A shot here under fluoro sugar?

Yeah, I think she's got a big shot.

I think she's got a big shot, you shouldn't.

It's almost the same story as well as willpower.

Now the horse that came over from a different trainer was

with Todd Pletcher, you know. Not that he's not a quality

trainer, he said he's okay, he's a fantastic greater it's 17

horses in the derby cover. Joint bank accounts is born.

It really just found new form. Talk about form, it's like when

you're at your best, you know, when you're really struggling

you're really when you really get your thing done and and

she's looking to look fantastic your body, one of The Mooring

line, I would like a little bit price what they about like post

position. We saw a lot of good runs from

horses on outside post today on a dirt track.

So I like to keep an eye on that, you know, like how the

horses are coming in. We start the tractor is running

best and it might set up really well for it for her but I mean

the price might be a little bit shorter than that.

I think an interesting one and here is that number six, classy

Edition. Hmm, speaking of Todd Pletcher.

Pretty lightly race against this field for year old Filly 141.

At this distance comes in here Fresh and one that I like to

look at like some horses, they need erase to really lock in and

getting to the best game face. Some horses, they can just be

chilling and training and get it.

Get it going. And they come out and they fire

fresh. She's one of the fire fresh from

really run. Well, off.

What we call Off the Bench, right?

Without a race though. She isn't based on February

18th, she seems like she's really silly on the improve

four-year-old Baker, third starts.

I think she's got something else to offer.

I read Ortiz, jr. One of the sharpest Riders out

there. Also one who will do whatever it

takes to get your Horse home. So he's a guy gets a little

dirty after sometimes, the only other horse that we really

didn't talk too much about search results.

The 2 is in this race. Ran in the Kentucky Oaks very

close. Second, the mouth at one of the

finest Phillies that we've had in recent years, came back won

the acorn, which is the yolks of Belmont essentially and then has

been running an absolutely massive.

Massive quality races since then was in that Breeders Cup distaff

in November, he mentioned horses Off the Bench, no one in the

game. Does that better than trainer

Chad Brown at 32%. So she's going to run really

well fresh. She's been at Churchill for the

last couple weeks and so she's actually got her recorded works

at Churchill, Flavia and proud aboard.

The two of them together are recently hitting at 28 percent.

So they're winning over a quarter of their mouths

together. I think the to search results is

an absolute include here. All right, I'm going to ask a

question here of our man. Kevin who's been on the backside

with me every morning? Yeah.

Typically year after year Wayne Lukas is very present on the

backside. Yeah I just present this year,

it's horses. Got here late.

You think that's any sign at all with secret oath of?

Maybe, she's not as live as we think she is.

I think that's interesting. So, last year yet, she won the

Oaks every morning. 5:15 a.m. secret author's, first horse out

there and coaches still getting up, still get up on the horse,

you know, he's on the pony, going along with her.

Maybe whatever is that's how he runs his shit.

Yeah, I think that's a good point, you know, the captain's

just not present the same way that they can add something, you

know, you're at her. So I think that's a good point.

All right, the 11th race is. The main event on freshwater a

price in their 32:1. On this 63 caliber Tom Amos

horse. I don't know if we get 31, it's

owned by my race horse which is a big, big group of owners,

right? And they all throw their money

on the horse. You might not get the price that

you want, sometimes. But I think she could be live in

your I think they did really pointing towards this race of.

She's been working really sharp in the mornings.

She had won her perform a little bit dirtied, up a bad race last

race, but you look a couple back.

She's she's definitely live compete against these.

That is the three horse in this race that he just talked about.

Yeah. So that's almost like that.

I'll use her underneath, right? I think she's going to win but I

really like a couple of horses on top to win.

I'll use your like to come in second or third and the exact of

the trifecta that horse for me in this race like that, Who's

going to win? I think I think I think she

would actually be gone who continues to just hit the board

in these spots. Yeah I don't get it.

But whatever. That's not my job.

It's just my job to look at the analytics and say that she's

been hitting the board. So the eight desert on would be

my pick to counter him there. And so desert gone horse, maybe

you don't like to win but you could be a place showed that you

don't have to do. Win place show, you can do a two

dollar play show for four dollars and get desert on or if

you're playing those exact. Just maybe she's the one that

picks off, S ice, right? It pays 30 35 to 1 that kind of

number once we get into that kind of place.

So, another another Philly, I, we're looking all right, which

one desert fill them up and embarrass please a to ride her.

Yep. On the, in the 11th, race is the

main event of Friday. It is the Kentucky Oaks And the

grade one Kentucky, Oaks Course of modern age for Phillies that

are three years old, 1.25 million dollars on the line

here. I, this is the one for sure that

you guys want to watch the weather, because if it rains at

all dump, all your money on the 7 horse webpage.

And by the way, and my opinion should dump all your money on

the 7 horse. Wet paint.

No matter what. Anyway, but this horse has won

twice in the slop and last time out the it was picture perfect

weather and she dominated. I Do you like wet paint?

I actually think she has to fall down once to lose but these guys

I know like some of these other horses in here as well.

Can I go on? You've got a, you've got an

opinion that I'm hearing more and more on the backside.

I hate to tell you that because I think that it's 18 happen.

So gross, as for something that's how it goes.

I'll steam on the back side. It's been on her the last three

races. She's 3 and 0 to X in the slop

one. Time over over dry, go every

single time. And so if it does rain, they're

ready, if it doesn't rain the ready.

She is a, that was the question rightly going into that fantasy

was, can she get it done over the dry go?

It's interesting that some horses.

Just love the slop. They just do that.

She's one of them. For sure, broker made.

No good slop wins. Those two races at Oaklawn over

the slop but then it dried out. Perfect day when they ran the

fantasy in the Arkansas Derby, and she was terrific.

And the Oaks field is a little different this year because the

Phillies that were really good as two year, olds have not

really shown up as three-year-olds and Wonder Wheel

who did when the juvenile Philly, kind of got in the back

door into the race in the first place but the two year old

Billy's really have kind of declined in.

We've had some late developing horses you know kind of stolen

the show here. Yeah so quick story about Wonder

Wheel, the trainer Mark hasse he was talking him today.

You said, listen, my wife's got two dresses for the weekend,

right? She's got a derby dresses.

He's got another dress, which is a nice dress, but it's, there

are other dress. She said, I told her where

you're gonna be dressed on Friday.

Oh, are you doing dressed like that?

Winner's Circle. But here's the thing.

She just she has a long as you had the two-year-old service, a

champ, as a two-year-old. She's Gotta watch her every

morning. She's training really well,

she's super sharp. He says, her competitive, juices

are flowing. Where's the last race?

They weren't You can interpret that as she's got a game face.

All right, she's ready to roll working in April at Churchill,

right? I mean, so it's not as though

she can't take to the track. I think she's live for to like,

I totally agree with you. I think she's a wild card here

even at 12:48 because she hasn't done it as a three-year-old, as

you mentioned, I. But, you know that Ashland was

it was ugly. It was ugly.

It was not, it was not a good race for ugly.

The only thing about the Ashland that I always tell people, is

they use that first Finish Line at Keeneland for And some

horses. Need the stretch.

She needs to stretch. She's gonna get that at

Churchill in Spades. So I think the five Wonder Wheel

is absolutely a play here at 12:48.

I agree with Mike. I think my pain is absolutely

the class of the race. Why don't you tell everybody

about South lawn? This horse that keeps gaining

momentum? As people talk about her more

and more. So Southall wasn't much as a

two-year-old. She has throat surgery.

Lot of times horses have public breathing, right?

They call like entrapment where they can't have that brute that

but like shuts off while they're in the rapist, right?

And this can't really be fully express your talent.

Get surgery in between two year olds a three-year-old.

She came back out. Who made this move on the rail

early on the race? Everybody's like, oh Ray the

jockey like why'd you let her open?

She's gonna lose now. She's kept on going.

Yeah, go ahead. Yeah.

But Oaks Oaks race Lebanon Friday at South bond is the

horse we're talking about it. She's trained by Norm.

Cassie. Who is Mark son?

He was Mark son and she's doing great on the racetrack in the

morning. She looks really live.

She's gonna run a big race, the other horse, I like it.

We are like south on the Wind, pretty Mission as she Drew

poorly. She's on the far outside.

A tough spot to be in. She got tired of definitely old,

he's won the title last six meets at Churchill, she's

putting the blinkers on meaning that she's gonna wear this

little cup around her eyes, right?

And the trainer's, what he's thinking is when she passes

horses because she almost won the fairgrounds Oaks she passed

and she got lost out there sir. A damn what they kind of feel

comfortable when they're running together, but she was in front.

She just kind of, like, didn't keep all going.

So that's going to keep her focus on the finish line and

Brendon Walsh. He plays one three or four races

so far and the first verse three days before inspiring.

So if you swap, Talk about pretty mischievous.

Okay. Yep.

Yeah, you want it but horses want to be in the group.

That's right. And so if they can't see that

they're not in the group, then they're good to go.

That's right. There are some horses.

I don't mind being out front of those are real winners.

If you want a backside horse that I watch today out of her

mind promised her America's the 8:30 to 11, the gazelle at

Aqueduct can be unlike the boys trips through New York.

The girls trips to New York are more indicative of success.

Mouth that came out of the gazelle more indicative.

Of success in the Oaks than in the derby from the Wood

Memorial. I don't, I don't know if I'm

including her, but if you want a horse that's keyed up, ready to

go, she gets on that surface. She's ready to go.

So that's the eighth or skier. 32:1 promised, her America.

That's a daughter of American pharoah, so pretty.

Yeah, you're pretty young Pharaoh's.

All right, you may have heard of him and so he did.

Okay, he did. All right, so one of those and

then another horse in here that I didn't like on the track today

was to finding purpose. She just want to keep In the

Ashland. And I did not like how she

looked on the track here and trainer, Kenny McPeak.

Only goes 12% with his horse, has won their last race.

It's his worst angle. One in eight, actually win the

next race. So, I have not unit using the 11

defining purpose here at all. I would even rather promised our

America. I would rather use her little

local ownership group right there with that horse.

All right, let's move on to Saturday, which is, of course,

Derby Day your question again. Good question.

So the question about how bad does that 14 posts hurt?

The chances here. Go ahead, kept you, because you

brought that up. Yeah, to talk a bit about that.

So, pretty mischievous. She's a really easy to ride

Philly, right? So a lot of times you might have

a horse, it just has to be in a certain spot and they're gonna

kind of dictate things. T gasket can figure it out,

right, he can get here to this spot.

So, in terms of, it's a tough spot to be not where you want to

because you might get called live zero.

In it a longer race, everybody else is on the inside, right?

You might get caught up a little bit of a Chase there but I think

she's real fine. Good position.

It does though making what you South on second though, you

know? So it is it is different.

I think she's all right. Now we're not going to talk

about this race but you're going to see a future superstar in

race one. Just circle that horse extra

Anejo second straight run horse in the first row.

Second race ever This horse will be in the Breeders Cup and some

race ones where there are two horses in that race that are

potential. Absolute Superstars.

Yeah. The one horse extra añejo and

then federal judge is the three horse in the first race of the

day at Churchill 97, buyer. His first time on the track,

aquiline, excuse me o'clock, going six.

Furlongs if that translates to Churchill Downs, I mean, we ran

he ran a maiden in under a minute 10.

So this is just a little Saturday first race first race

is worth watching. I only bring it up because it's

at 10:30 in the morning, right? It's sometimes y'all ain't ready

for that. So you'll throw up there.

You throw your phone on, just check out the loading.

The street in that slot years ago, right, we had a horse being

National came out on Derby Day and everyone is really excited

about them. And then he that's because we

sold my Breeders Cup day. Yeah, we were before and he

torched the track of Kaitlyn right now when that thing was a

parking lot with more actually went to ReDiscover basically.

Yeah, that's just one to watch early on.

So extra añejo is the one and federal judge is the threes of

your cigar guy or tequila God. You kind of like that, you're

all covered. The race is where we're going to

start and we are going to go through the Pick, 5 sequence

right here again, so you want to play the pick five.

This is where you can probably win, like a jackpot type Race.

So however, we're Sorry about this pad De Mi Louis in this

field. Very, very, very close as far as

like there's there's several horses in this race, I can come

up a win it. So the patent, a bile is a

one-mile Race. So if you've ever watched a race

of the Churchill, they have that long shoot at the beginning of

the track, they start at the very top of that shoot and then

they run one turn around to the Finish Line.

This is essentially in this race all but I think one of these

horses is called is what we call L3 of, okay?

They're 14. Horses here, all 11 of them were

nominated for the Triple Crown so their ownership group

thought, enough of them to pay the fee to allow them to run in

the derby or the Preakness or the Belmonts.

Okay. Now if you win this race we

might see on Belmont. Yeah.

Right. That's still a thing that could

actually happen. We're talking about three year

olds, we're talking about horses that are still developing like

Kevin talked about kind of figuring out that like get good

in college kind of thing, right? And so this is a, usually, the

winner of this race, like goes on the big thing, okay?

After this is a very important race for three years. olds and

it's restricted to three year olds and I think it has become a

A really wonderful. A good staple of Derby Day here

at Churchill Downs. Kevin, I is the favorite 922 or

72. Okay, we got a 72 favorite in

Echo. Again, coming out of an

allowance racing team and that's how open this view of this, we

like here. Yeah, you know, it is a wide

open race, I think, you know, it's it a lot of horses can get

it done in here. There's a lot of interesting

spots we obviously just talked about the talent so a lot of

times a wide open race has I want to take a price, right?

I want to want to look for for some of the value in here

because it's a murky picture. Right is unclear for a lot of

the betters and so it's an opportunity.

You know it's not pertain to try to take a shot so the prices I

like in here speak about Brendon Walsh.

Gilmore Gilmore's been working with that horse pretty

mischievous that Oaks horse to 11 here in the mornings and

working well with her, right. I think his barns fire and like

I was just talking about 12 to 1, the more like going to be a

good price. I read Ortiz, Junior, where the

top jockeys in the world, he's up.

And they've been teaming up really well. 20% of last.

In this horse Damon's Mound is sneaky Michelle level.

She's one of the most Kick-Ass trainers out there just a really

good person or my horse you want a horse.

Yeah well I mean like the toenail famous Mound and extra a

ho were all the bus horses, two years old.

Yeah right. No question and Damons Mound.

You know, just took a little time in developing and

Michelle's not want to rush, somebody gives the Derby.

She wants to do what's right by the horse, right?

And last race tried, he she's a real good Turf trainers, put her

on the turf, put him on the turf, and he just spun his

wheels. He didn't do any running, I

didn't like I've been I've been talking to his exercise Rider,

talking to Michelle and he's ready to roll.

He's going, he's going to run a good race, right?

Is it good enough to beat these guys?

Have a good price. If you want to get your money

behind it, we talked about bullet Works.

He's got one of Churchill in April.

I just ran the 47 and change over 44.

Honest as well over the half mile four out of eight.

Right? For a long time.

And so yeah, I mean he's flying right now and you get Gaby sighs

is Guy where I really trust and the irons as well.

The two of them are around, 12% of Churchill Downs which is what

you're talking about 20 21 horses.

That's a really respectable number, right?

I do man, there are a couple horses that I like a little bit

more than others, but the one I'm most interested in is Fort

Bragg. This was actually a bob after

training. He was on the Derby Trail,

obviously transferred to the Tim, Yak team Barn, if anyone's

following this. The Bedford obviously, not

allowed to have horses at Churchill right now, to be

octane's. His former assistant trainer,

and so has taken on a lot of those forces Fort.

Bragg is one of them. We ran in the San Felipe up.

The track under Juan Hernandez, they put Joel Rosario on in the

Florida, Derby up the track again.

His best runs were over a mile or excuse me, a mile or less,

and we're getting back to a 17 Mile for him here.

I'm really interested to see if just going the one turn figures

out some things for Fort Bragg here.

He's 92 to ease the 7 horse here.

On the on the line I think he's got a serious shot a horse.

I am Mega fascinated to see here is the Swale winner which is a

great three race at Gulfstream Park in Hallandale Beach just

outside of Miami. His name is General.

Jimmy's the nine horse here, he's one of these guys that was

Triple Crown nominated. He's a son of into Mischief, a

very fine horse. It's Mom is by curling.

So that's a as a royally bred horse, they paid only 850

thousand dollars for it. So this is a horse that they

think a lot of Louis sizes in the Irons.

He has started the meet at 43% of Churchill Downs.

He is flying around the track right now.

He hit the board in six of his first seven races at Churchill.

He is seeing the track like a crazy man right now.

I think General Jim, the 9 has legitimately serious shot.

Then I mentioned Echo again, he's coming out of Oakland Park.

A lot of horses seem to like the transition from Arkansas to

Kentucky shorter price here because it is Steve asmussen as

most. Thank you, sir and florals are

room. And so the two of them Terrible

record together. So, if you wanted to try to beat

a favorite in this sequence Echo, again, might be that that

that that horse to beat here has been at Churchill, he's doing

the Steve asmussen, trains the 50s, the 10 ones and the kind of

easy goes but he is the favorite here.

You son of a gun Runner One of my favorite horses ever.

So you know, hard for me to go get the kids have done Runner.

He's the five in this race but a lot of horses that we thought

might do, more, Kevin illuggan. I defrosted departure horses

like this that we expected to see more involved with the Derby

Trail ending up in this passage it curly Jack has well yeah

Iroquois winner makes takes 42 year olds.

He had bad trips and it's two races of Fairgrounds really

static position and just didn't run to his spot.

I think he's gonna love being back at Churchill.

He'll be a good. Good price set.

Of course, coming out of time. A mrs.

Barnes. It could be interested.

Absolutely. That's actually my play right

there. There was.

Yeah. I think the mile distance might

be perfect for him so we'll see what happens there.

All right. Then ninth, the ninth race is.

We're going to go on the turf. Now, if you follow the turf

course, at all Churchill Downs, they rebuilt it last year.

It was a complete and total disaster, and they've had to do

some major, major fixing up of it.

But so far, what do we think of the turf course Kevin going into

the weekend? Yeah, they looks.

Seems like it's playing fair, I ride horses.

Are women from coming off, the pace up, going the front.

And yeah, I think, I think the frontrunners winning closer to

winning. It seems to be paying my

improve. So this is a mom, a 16 on the

turf is the American Turf Stakes.

Great to 500,000 our race. Kevin, do you like this one?

Yeah, it's is tough. And I do think that this major

dude who was on the outside looking into getting the Derby,

right? He was, he was almost gonna run.

He's been looking good in the mornings.

Turf is his spot. Yep.

The price is going to be A short interprets.

I want to get a price because things get crazy.

They don't do, the running. Really tell the entrance and you

kids harder work at a trip because they make it bottled up

like a finishes. Yeah.

So middle since March kinnock Peak agreed, it's sitting at

Tipitina's, New Orleans and he's like the best three-year-old has

been on since March. So three horses, right?

Like this. And so finally we could see his

march on the turn back on. It's your far Bridges, an

interesting horse, because we're restricted to three-year-olds

here. You're seeing a lot of horses

who are trying graded company for the first time.

Trying that Stakes company, the highest level for the first time

and so far Bridges, one of those forces has been running over.

The Turk course, at Gulfstream Park has two wins.

And two, goes both at solid speed figures in the time of

both races is the kind of time that can win at Churchill Downs.

A minute 39. A minute 41, very attractive to

me, looking at him. I agree about Mendel's is

Marshall horse that I think is the wild card here is Johannes.

The 5-under Umberto rispoli Timmy octene trains coming out

of the Pasadena. It's a listed Stakes at Santa

Anita, the to turn, one mile course at at Santa Anita in a

buck 33 interested to see if that California Turf, speed

translates to Churchill Downs, part of the difficulty of the

new Turf courses, we don't have answers for some of these

questions. Now, part of the good thing

about that is you might get a price to, right?

And so that could be part of that too.

That's the 5 horse in this race. And then I thought I had one

more Did you do Carl spackler? Is the 11.

Thank you. This is what to do.

I do it once in a while you just have to play the jockey trainer

combination on a certain surface, this is Chad Brown and

Iran Ortiz. If you leave the 11 out of your

tickets in this race, you've done a disservice tire stores on

the turf or the Irish horse am also a good point by you.

It's so yeah. So all the 11 as well, I think

in here is an absolute play, but I love the amount of restricted

three-year-old race. As we get on these cards because

they are so fun to have. Yeah, I've been spent a lot of

time at the link. Had a lot on Barn.

They're really high on the 13 and the winner is who I don't

like to win, but I think that's a sneaky horse.

That could add a long shot to hit the board, maybe for your

exotic place as well. But they've been really really

high on that horse. All weekend are all week since

we try great, a company for the first time last time that the

Transylvania Keeneland sometimes horses just need that

experience. Against better horses.

Come back. The second time with that

experience, 32, 1 in the morning when I Typically think, of

course, is that like Keeneland, don't like Churchill.

So that that's one of the things that came intercourse

translates. The turquoise does, it's roughly

translated? That's true.

All right, let's go the tune, which is the Churchill Downs,

Stakes. It is a great one 750,000

dollars, we're going to see a really cool horse here with a

really cool story. So, the 7 horse, Cody's wish is

literally Cody's wish. So, this was a Make-a-Wish, the

foundation and a little boy. And Cody went to the

Make-A-Wish. Ation and he wanted to have this

horse who went on to win the Breeders Cup.

It's been just this um I'm getting Goose Bumps even talking

about this is just like storybook finished and just

Cody's wish is going to be a huge number here.

But is he is he vulnerable? Kevin like usually small number

just fall asleep. Like he's gonna be a four to

five. I think Williams in the morning,

lines up, as he bondable, Kevin, everybody's full, right and

baseball replica lose a race. He's solid, he's and build

mosques Bourne. Film is really good with horses

who haven't run, you know, together 16 of the Breeders Cup.

So he's really good at getting them ready.

Yeah. I mean I think Cody's which is

the most likely winner in here. It's always hard for your

stomach short, priced me to buy the five, something like that,

but he's the best in this field but you're playing the pick five

and you can single erase. It makes your ticket a lot

Slimmer as far as the prices. So, yeah, that could be a play

here. If you single the same horse,

everybody else. It takes away a lot of value.

So it's gonna be really sad. Zebra because Ag and, you know,

so that's that's what that's by. But that's also, you know, I

shoot myself in the foot all the time and to try to be too too

wise guy, you know, so coach Cody's wish he can run Lou, you

actually really like a long shot in this race.

Not to throw you off from her train of thought.

I apologize. I think hear me song.

The 332 one on this line is absolutely a player here.

One the Commonwealth last time out at Keeneland over seven

furlongs ran it about 23. The race was very fast up front

and then slow down for him when he got.

Around that turn he was able to make up the difference, there

was near the back of the pack, was able to pick it up.

Interested to see him move here, five year old gelding son,

across traffic. They buried the source for 7,500

bucks. He's made over a half million

dollars in his career. You talk about investing.

You talk about, you talk about a horse of a lifetime.

I love these kinds of horses. I just think, Alex the shark, by

the way, was a grade one where he won the Maker's.

Mark mile at Keeneland serious shot here to actually get him in

a good position. One that great three

Commonwealth. Like, I mentioned last time at

Keeneland seems to be working. Well, I love the other part of

this is there's a very small barn.

This is there, this is there horse.

This is the guy and they're trying to grade 12, Churchill, I

don't know that, it wins the race I'll because he is late

speed here. I could see him pick it off.

A couple of horses that are tiring down the stretch and

he'll fill out your exact your Trifecta with that. 32 one kind

of number because I think you're going to get all of 32 1 I do

think, by the way, the most serious threat you like endorse

this mysterious? Yep.

I think. Why the Barrio on the inside?

The one is a mile or horse showed it.

The cigar mile. I never hold it against horses.

If they don't like the deeper surfaces on Long Island.

Either, an aqueduct at Belmont, very Sandy, very deep surface

has, a lot of times they come to Churchill Downs and like that.

It's not as deep as those New York tracks and so why did

borrow the 1621 on the morning line?

I think it's a, really, really fair price.

Last year's Florida, Derby winner.

Anything else to add on that one?

Kevin Yeah, I think, yeah, I think.

Yeah, I can I can say too much. I'm just going to stop.

This year, he he was supposed to just run in New York spiked a

fever. So he got out of the forget they

were mile race. You're one of those.

He won an optional claimer Go free.

Yeah. But they had to scratch them out

of a race. I'll get April in New York and

so you try had to travel back to Florida.

Now, he's back up here. I've interviewed.

Yeah, I've interviewed you before and the thing that he

likes to do is get his horses to the track.

Running at the latest date possible.

So he's got kind of a baffert in them that way where he did Hill.

If it's Derby on Saturday, I'll fly in on Tuesday, kind of

thing. He doesn't mind his horse, only

kind of getting used to the track that way.

So I imagine what have are? You didn't even get here until

yesterday Monday, something like that and that he'll keep them

in. As normal.

He likes to keep horses comfortable in their normal

environment, so, but he's right here before obviously, ran

third, what did he run through the Jockey Club?

I think that I think they're discovering that that's what he

is between the one-mile shoots in New York at that girl, was

screaming at Churchill Downs. I think he'll get plenty racism.

Okay, this is one of those races that were coming up on that is

always just star-studded and a huge race.

It is the old Forester, which used to be the Woodford, the

bourbon Turf, classic million dollars.

Grade 1 Mana, 16th on the turf. Louis, could you like here

everybody? Yeah, yeah.

Hit the all button. Hit it on the head as many as I

can. Again, we have another question.

Fill the motto again coming in from the west coast of the horse

named Hong Kong Harry. He's the seven.

He is the morning line favorite here.

He ran six times last year, he won five of them, the other

race. He came in second will that Turf

speed from California? Translate to the new Surface.

We don't know yet but if it does Hong Kong here, he's not just

going to win this race. Could be a blood bath.

I think that he could run away with us.

He's that talented. Here's one run one time this

year, he ran into kill roll mile at at Santa Anita.

We're going a mile and an eighth year.

Okay, so we're going 10, we're going 94 lungs, excuse me.

He only got a mile in the kill row and if you look at the

sheet, he's right there, right there, right there, and he just

needed a little bit more time. In my opinion, he gets another

for a long. I think he wins the race ends up

fourth, don't look at that position.

We talked about this with the surprises.

Get a lot of blanket finishes, right?

He's forth by a length and a quarter.

So literally his head is this far behind a horse.

And that's how much he lost and people listening.

I'm holding my hands about shoulder-width apart and so so

don't don't get too caught up in that.

He ran a really good figure. This is his second race this

year. We call that s awful.

Lay off. He took a little bit of time off

here but I feel the model puts horses on this kind of layoffs

at 25 percent winning percentage in these kinds of races.

You get, Flavia a adhere, the two of them together, 30%

winners. So if we're going to Choose a

favorite interface like this, that's who it's going to be a

cabin. We know this about these myelin

a for Alpha Races by the way, the mile and an eighth about

race on the guy. On the grass at Churchill is my

favorite race in the world. I love it.

I don't know why totally in love with it.

I think there's a lot of tactical things that go on.

Kevin. I mean, there's a lot of places

you can land here. Yeah, I mean, the two that I

like the best ever, ate, 17, and never night spooky Channel.

Sure to get one on top and overnight spooky channel is the

one Jason Barclays already got two wins on the meat.

He's coming out hot. We're talking about Brandon

Walsh and this is a horse that was down at Fairgrounds with me

and spend some time with and talk with those guys a lot.

And it's an English Channel. English Channel as a sire, his

horses to keep on getting better as opposed to worse with AIDS to

keep on developing finding themselves.

Digging more to Amy's, my no 2nd's.

Another English Channel who sell really well and last race is

super impressive by spooky Channel.

It was a slow pace. He was still able to run down

the front. Rock Rudder was my guy.

All right? Rising Empire, who I think was

second favor, some of his next race but couldn't get it done.

But spooky Channel, I think we'll get a good price.

People don't bet Berkeley horses too much and except for maybe

Jason, that's a little bit on. And I think, I think he's alive

and he's stepping forward. That race was really

interesting, too, because the the turf course at Fairgrounds

this year was made very narrow because of an irrigation issue.

And so to be a closer on that trip, course, you had to be

really precise. The lanes were a lot skinnier.

So he's gonna have a lot more space to work with here at

Churchill Downs and sir. Gonna be able to use more of the

turf course, then they did down at Fairgrounds.

And so if you're able to close on that course, absolutely must

play. Alright, the grade one, Kentucky

Derby, the 149th running of the Kentucky Derby, Mama quarter.

First time, these sources are gone, demonic order first time,

they've been in 20, or to the old, they're going to be in

front of 165 to 175,000 people, because the weather is going to

be awesome. And we're going to have three

million dollars on the line for this race.

What we're going to do is we're going to go through each horse

individually. I'm going to have Louis and

Kevin here just say if this horse is a toss, if this horse

is a contender or this is a horse they like to hit the

board. So it's an interesting thing you

bring up here, I think when you get to this many horses in a

field you have to start - and then go positive.

It's not. Can this horse win?

You have to start tossing. It does eliminate, you have to

live it? Yeah, I agree with you.

Yes, I think it's more. Who do we think can't win the

race? Rather than who do we think can

become I think, once you get down, I don't know Kevin.

How many do you try to get down to it?

A 20 or field, 68? Yeah, this is a tough field.

I don't think he wins for two reasons.

One is out of the wood and the second is the one hole.

One hole is very difficult to win from, but it's shown that

horses over perform their odds and hit the board from the one

wreck our side about that on our show.

Yes. And so to me this is a horse

that if you're playing a trifecta play in the Kentucky

Derby but one hit show was absolutely in include either in

second or third place. Toss for me.

Could I like this horse? You know, I just I gotta toss, I

got sauce because I'm going. So I don't forget real role.

I think frankly, Yeah. That's exactly.

Yep. All trying hunted during this

phase the other. The other thing too, I don't

know that there's been a horse, that's had a tougher

back-to-back draw, you had drew the 13 in the wood, he draws the

one in the Kentucky Derby, just a bad luck horse that way.

So I think in the future we'll see good things for him Rick

because I do think he's got all the connections that make sense.

Candy rides are always great to happen on the mom's side and

Brad Cox will definitely put him in.

Sponsoring the toss for me is that he ran Churchill Downs.

He didn't run. Well Well, and coming all that

one hole. So there it is.

But I do think that the to horse which is also want to brag Cox's

Tyler. Definitely on a board verifying.

This is a horse. Maybe they couldn't afford.

What do you think Louis? I don't like him.

And I don't know why. I don't like it.

I wish I had a reason that I don't like it, but I don't like

them. So he's definitely gonna win the

Kentucky Derby. And his daddy did?

Yeah. No, that's right.

He's gonna justify. I love how he looks.

I just don't like a pivot on them.

Yeah, I think I think he hit his Peak form as a two-year-old and

I know I don't think he's gonna keep on step forward.

I think we've seen the best remote and he's got a tight

spot. He should have to Sin from

there. He's got to assume, but he's

gonna have to get used up a little bit.

So I'm tossing verifying to Things.

I would say if you like tap at Rice, which I think a lot of

people to you only beat this horse by a neck in the Bluegrass

Stakes. So that's why I like verifying,

which I don't like the next horse, the three horse to Phil's

and these two guys do. So let's go ahead and go to

Phil's. He was trained by Reveille and

won the 100 Point Race with the Jeff Ruby Stakes.

Tell me why they should love to Phil's Louis.

Love to Phil's, okay? I don't know that you should

love to Phil's, but I do think about a week ago, you love.

Oh, no 12:00 to 1:00. Yeah, I feel that good luck.

No, that's, that's the kind of price.

I'm looking for the Derby. I, the question is, do they

horses come off the synthetic course, at turquoise is a

different surface. It's not dirt, it's not Turf.

It's a synthetic course. At Turfway Park, can they come

off of that course and run? Well on the dirt at Churchill

Downs. The answer so far is absolutely.

In other races that we've seen, whether it's in claimers are

allowed traces. We even saw to Keeneland the

form from Turfway Park travels. Not sure why that's not my

business, but it does. It's so I think to Phil's is

absolutely live. Do I love the three?

I do not, but he always makes his own trip Kevin and I think

that he's capable of doing it here as well.

Yeah, I think is absolutely tendered.

He's a horse that he likes to run with cover with horses in

front of them. You relaxes really well and he

knows how to make his one run. He, he should be just sitting

right behind, you know, maybe, like in fifth, they've got five

links back from the front. We'll see how it works out.

And probably get that first Ron as those frontrunners are kind

of getting tired, right? And they've been on the leading.

They can't make the distance. Three Pope's ring.

We're going 1, 2 3 we're trying to go right in order for you.

Yep. Not against them is Jared.

The trainer has never brought a horse to the derby and that's

the stuff you know you want to have it was sort of game plan,

been there, done that sort of stuff.

It gets tough getting that gate such as a job, right?

So those are some knocks there, but Jarrod is a fantastic

writer, he knows the horse. Well, he's been on them all the

time. So maybe another one though,

that you Us. If it does rain in some kind of

free thinking, one in the slop at Churchill, Downs in the

street. Since that field was not very

good in my opinion, when he went back on the dirt, it Oakland

Park in, in making the fairgrounds, I'm sorry, it's

very girl's gonna come apart when against a better horses and

really didn't show out against, you know, horses that I'm sorry.

Not fair. No fair guys, not Oakland Park,

one trigger lost two angels Empire, who I do like a lot,

lots of sun Thunder, who's a longer shot.

Not in this race lost instant coffee and I'm not a big instant

coffee fan at all. So I for that reason that's why

I'm tossing but maybe if it does rain, that's a horse that you

would include. All right, the four horse

Confidence Game can't keep the swarm of is the trainer toss

keep or toss Contender or get the money the board.

I'm going to turn around like have Atomic, he can win this

thing, he gonna win this thing. What am I big angles for the

Derby? And I've been talking about is

who's really feel themselves who's coming into there?

Race and he as look as good or not better than anybody out

there sharp work he opened up the to a stride right off the

bat. It's been he can start and stop,

right? You're going to start and stop

in the derby. There's so much trash.

Sure, he can get stopped and still go right into his run,

right? Some horses are too big the

tooth. They can't, they can't do it.

He is a little bit light. He hasn't raced since the rebel

which is a big question. Mark agree.

Keith is hormoz. Been been working with them.

Well, though, in the morning I think he at He's ready to roll.

I think he could surprise everybody.

So I like I like him as a contender.

That's the four horse. He's 20 21.

Yes. If he could start and stop

those. You have a late kick or does he

just flop last raised? Let me just look real quick.

I think I've got him finishing through.

The line is kind of like how I think about it, right?

Can he can't get the distance and all that you know he's a

kiddie ride is good for the distance and he's you know

members and yada yada yada sisters is Mom, right?

So the I think he, I think he's got that.

Yeah, galloped out well and that last one so I think he can.

I think you can get keep all coming through the longest.

Did he won though? He won the rebel.

This is a horse for me that if you look at the Herald-Leader,

I've actually picked this horse to hit the board in my Herald

Leader picks. We had to pick who we thought

was incoming. First, second, third, and I

always want to pick a long shot with the board confidence game

with my launch I did before. Yeah he won that race in the

slop. I think we're going to be dry on

Derby Day. Put the horse has shown that he

works. Well, dry there every day or on

the Churchill Downs. Excuse me, 59 and change over 4.

Rolex, a bullet workout during Derby week 54, other fifty,

three other horses involved in that work.

If you believe in Works, go ahead and use them, I am not

going to be using commas, all right?

The five horse tap, its rice 10, top Pleasures horses.

The last horse to win out of 50 was 2017 with always dreaming

but we saez aboard. This may be the most talented

horse in the field is maturities.

Going to be the question mark. So to me he's a contender.

Louis. Yeah, I mean just because he

doesn't lose right? He does not lose any part of.

It is just when horses are willing to get to the front and

win that matters, we're talking about three year olds and

talking about horses that are developing Still That Matters.

And so I think it is worth it to include them in your tickets.

I think you're going to get all the 5 to 1 by the way, you well

yeah, I think you might even get 621 on this horse.

So if you have a real strong opinion, you know, son of tap it

here of course I don't know that there's a lot - about him other

than he comes out of a prep that.

Predictably is not great for the Kentucky, right?

That was even but he went to Tampa as well.

Yes, we've shown that it can travel.

He can win. I like horses that can win over

dif different tracks shoulder, you know, show their metal at

different places, right? So if you win in Tampa, you can

win in Lexington. Maybe you can wait a little bit

Aqueduct, five, not going to do it as one at four different

tracks already, which is really good.

I agree. I think I think that's a real

positive with young horses. Yeah.

I hundred percent get why people like to have a Trice that's

horse. I'm not going to use.

Yeah, I think he's a horse that really likes it.

Run on the outside. A lot of tablets do they like to

be kind of free and clear in their run he drew five which was

a like the only horse that really oppose addition is a huge

consideration is to have a Trice.

He threw to the inside. That's a tough spot.

To be some tough workout that trip.

I think he's going to be better from the Belmont microwell

there. Luis.

Saez is the guy who could get him outside, write it.

So if you like a horse, yeah, lose any Davis essential

quality, right? He got him outside, you know?

And that would have been all right.

The six horse is Kings Barnes. This is another one of time

Fletcher's, a winner of the Louisiana Derby, which is amount

of 3/16, a lot of the other pepper.

It prep races really am on a date.

So this is a little bit longer. The only two that are monthly

16th. Is this one in the UAE Derby?

So, Kings Barnes though had a very slow kind of run at it.

A lot of people kind of discount, I'm I'm not using

them. Go to Kevin.

Kevin was there for this Rose, go talk to me when the biggest

race of the meat but He did it with nobody putting pressure on

them, he just has loose on the lead.

It was able to run off with it speed.

Figures makers, have trouble, making these numbers and

everything and I think we still trust that race.

He had it easy. I'm going to paint this guy

lightly race, three times. Their race is a two-year-old,

this knocks on him. We're going we're only going on

an extra 60th of a mile from that race, but he ran that model

3/16 in a minute 57. And I think that the whole Derby

is going to be running about 20 one, right?

Or 20 to something like that. He's just not fast.

Enough, it isn't lobbying, perhaps fault that he rocked

everybody to sleep. I got of the front panel to just

take over that pace and win a million dollar race that's not

as well. That's his job.

And so I'm not holding that against lobbying, I'm not

holding it against the horse, but I grew this guy's these

guys. I think he's just not fast

enough for these Kings Barnes though is the only undefeated

horse in the race. Ironically, this will be his

fourth race in his fourth different jockey.

One of the things I watch when you get to this is you had a

job. You what?

On this horse last time and chooses to ride another Course

the jockeys would like to win that three million dollar purse.

So we're going to get on the best shot that they have that

three million dollar purse. So that's a big night kind of

knock on me, for me Kings. Barnes is a six-horse.

We're moving on now to the second.

The seven is reincarnate and I when I'm on the back side, I

look at horses. Like I said, you don't like the

track. I do not think that this horse

likes the track. If I was going to again,

eliminate horses, he would be the second horse that I would

toss from the Derby. There's no way that I would use

this horse whatsoever which means he's definitely going to

hit the border. So so reincarnate is an absolute

loss to me. I'll say this, if you think Rich

strike happens again. Play the second toss.

Strike happens again. Okay, we're gonna go to the, the

eighth horse which is made another module disabled.

Uh, may say, okay, so three three races formation kid has 11

coming second at the, for Jeremy to Forte.

Had every reason to beat 14 erase Forte, basically had to

overcome everything important to still be 21.

I'm tossing this horse, but I know a lot of people love this

horse. I think it hit the board, okay,

I think he's get Delgado, his trainers is fantastic distance,

trainer I've been watching the morning to go a little bit

further to everybody. The more you really see how he's

trying to get his his endurance and stamina up, he just lost by

a little bit about Forte. Forte is going to be what?

Three two one, seven two two. I think might be a little higher

than that age is going to be 25. 21, 2016, 11, length difference,

right? He made a really nice move last

time, just moves a little bit early, but over King's in

trouble, and was able to do well, I think he can hit the

board. I think a third or fourth, you

know, Place finish. I think this the move from Luis

saez to Javier Castellano in the irons is a major downgrade to me

at least. And so I'm going to toss this

horse. I think he does not cost a lot

of, by the way, with on the board of Mage, the one time he

didn't come in the money now. So there you go.

Now to be fair, If that's first time going through turns a

locker stop here. Yeah, I'm with you.

No, horse is doable. That's a good question.

Was, this is the first time they're running this.

Like the answer is all of them. That's right.

Yes, absolutely. They don't really do that much

again, honestly, like they'll graduate the Breeders Cup

Classic, but go Mama half in the Belmont, but they typically

stated that molony from this point out.

Now this horse number 9, I think you people got pay attention to

you, it's getting a lot of Buzz came in third in the Santa Anita

Derby. This is the nine horse Skinner

the base. Really just drew in the race

recently. With one of the, the one of the

horse that passed away, unfortunately, got Skinner's to

the race. Lot of people think I include

that, this is a horse. That could get the board.

We do our little journey draft. This was the the backend horses,

the draft that everyone really liked doing man.

Okay? So I am of the opinion.

That the Santa Anita Derby is a really important prep for the

Kentucky Derby to the point that I actually bet the second-place

finisher in this race man. Are in hero in the Preakness

Futures because I think he ran so well with second place in the

Santa Anita Derby. But I think he's got a legit

shot the Preakness. If I think that that I think I

have to take the horse that finished lesson at length behind

him and Skinner, very seriously. So I don't know if I've got skin

at winning, this thing of man, if he's there at the end, I will

not be surprised. Yeah, I think he's got a rider

upgrade with getting Hernandez. He had Espinoza before who tends

to take horses wide and he's been going on trips and I think

he's gonna get a better trip. Um, a little bit inside her

Nana's. When the top jocks in

California, for sure, for me. I just tossed all those horses

from that, that prep that colorful that's a neither,

right? Yeah, I just don't think they

have it. I don't think they're running

against anybody. The winner practical movie and

easy trips. Every time he was out there,

safe ground 0, pressure chasing that you're 43 to one shot on a

lead. That sort of setup.

I do, I'm not sure it's going to get the distance.

I'm just going to I'm going to fade the nine Skinner.

Well that means you're also fading the Tim horse practical

move I guess on that one state which is our necks.

I practically won the scene. Anita Derby is a horse that I

really liked going into the saying, is there be a lot of

people think that they were just kind of coasting that Races?

They didn't really need the points.

I don't like that. I want to see them Keen up and

getting better and better and better.

Now, practical move still won that race.

This would have been the horse that for the longest time.

I would have had a drink is my second favorite Derby horse.

He probably dropped down to probably number five for me now.

So still a player, still someone who I think it hit the board but

not a horse. That I love as much just because

I'm starting to wonder if he wants to go that extra a little

bit or if he's going to be a horse, that's going to be really

good at a mile and an eighth living disagree with these two

guys. I think this is an absolute

player here. I think he was not revved up all

the way for the last race because they didn't need it and

I think that jockeys approach these things different ways.

I trust that Timmy octene who has had this horse the whole

time. This is not a transfer from the

back row Corner. This is one that's been in his

care, it's entire life. I've watched him progressively

move this horse into better and better spots.

I love that he goes to La Salle Los Alamitos in Los Angeles and

wins over the to turns there. When they have a little weird

little clip almost like a paperclip thing going on, where

you have to turn to the right, a little bit to turn left, it

didn't bother him and he wins it a big number and everyone goes.

Oh, okay, so we won that one race and then he comes back and

he runs to the San Felipe and it's a longer race at Santa

Anita. And he wins that one and then he

comes back in the Santa Anita Derby.

And I hear all these great things about Skinner and I hear

all these great things about Mandarin hero, and he gets the

job done any Way, I think he's absolutely a player here.

I love that Ramon Vasquez, is already here.

He's running races. He's here at Churchill Downs.

Has get used to the the layout sometimes, he's California.

Joxer's flying for the day. I don't love that.

That's not the case here. Ramon, baskets very capable guy.

Really trust him here in absolute include for me, as a

top three horse, the 11 horse disarm, this is a horse, that's

getting a lot of us I would say. This is a backside bus horse for

sure. Can't got in kind of late by

getting the third place. Four points for the Lexington

Stakes just a couple weeks ago. I'm tossing this horse because I

think the backside Buzz worse usually is a toss.

So so, and so let's cancel the last backside, bonds horse to

hit the board, the tangent of or yeah, I begin with.

So, I think that race was good. For Bill Moore Foundation.

And I think, I think, I think you can win, you know, not quite

as much as some of these others, but I think you can get it done.

I think he finishes like 15th and so I won't be playing the

11. I think he's going to hate the

company and although I think he's gonna have too much work to

do by the time he gets around for toss and Kings Barnes.

Who we lost to my open links in Louisiana Derby.

Then I think it's only fair to toss them here, short

turnaround, to from the Lexington.

He's never done that before. So I'm going to toss here.

So he, I tossed Kings Barnes. I toss this arms, So the 12

horse JC's road with Russia row who I absolutely love aboard and

Brad Cox the trainer tossing this one, I can't if I tossed

you, let you I'm tossing this. Here's the fascinating thing

with this horse. This horse is probably going to

inherit the lead. Yep.

And we've seen horses gulf-front sale from the Kentucky Derby.

Yeah, and if you believe that, that is a good tactic, which by

the way, it's actually you ever have a horse and it could go out

front and never get past. That's really good for you.

Okay, that's how he's not horse. Now, can you do it for 10 for a

long since the question? Yeah, I do.

Thank you Cam. Yeah, but he's going to be the

lead in this race. He's capable of early speed when

he works out. He is he's keyed up that horse

wants to run and so if you're looking for that horse going to

be out front. Now I think he's interesting and

exactas trifectas because what if you what if he does all the

work and a forte picks him up at the end or a at a Trice picks

him off at the end, I could see that absolutely happening.

Here he comes in at 55 0, to 1 and so that's kind of course if

he hits the board We're open our hands together.

You like me a lot, but I agree. So people say my last race.

Keep it broke through the gate for the race open, and then he

didn't quite have enough to get that leverage.

That was a huge, huge deal. He's also been described as a

coward, meaning that he will not try to pass any horses, right?

These days. He gets past, he's done.

He's cooked. He's going to get pressure at

some point, he could just get bold and keep going sure.

But what if he does get the lead you think he might hang on for a

piece, right? So I'm tempted to use them

underneath but I think the smarter part of me because he is

going to toss them but I think little bit question mark the 12

whole room is very good. Yeah I think it actually really

sensible. Yeah he's outside the other

seeking Tech and going on them and try to get their employment.

Drew's a fantastic front-running job.

That's really what it's Specialties.

Yeah can you repeat source? Thirteen, son, Thunder, turned

heads with his work out on May 2nd, start to get a little bit

of buzz, but at the end of the day, the source probably is not

really talented enough to get this win here.

This is a toss or me the number 13.

Some Thunder. Every horse worked really

quickly that day. That's or something about that

track. That was very fast.

You have our best on the yeah, right.

And that's when inside a statue was a verifying.

Get was verifying. We're in a really fast as well

at right around then. I just think too much to do here

for some Thunder. Um, even coming out of that,

Louisiana Derby wasn't really a factor.

I do like the move back to Bryant Hernandez.

You here. I think that's a positive for

the sports here, but yeah, I'm just not feeling this one.

Yeah. Is that what I'm torn about?

But I think I might use because of ride.

Her name is jr. Yeah I think he's gonna ride

this horse to get fourth or third.

You're not gonna try to win Chuck.

You're right. He's a come with that later on,

he's a big big, big cult. They put the blinkers on just to

keep a little bit focused and can start shopping starts little

bit hard for. He's been a little late.

Bella, but I think he could be a bit of a price coming late,

third or fourth, but the definitely not to it, but he's

training great. So, I mean, if you, if you care

about that, these absolutely doing the 14 horse, angel of

Empire. Brad Cox is To Me.

Brad, Cox is best horse right here with flavor and Pratt

aboard. I had Angels Empire hitting the

board in that Herald Leader piece, it will be coming out

tomorrow. Louis Hyman.

I passed on it. So I don't know.

You didn't do it. One of my pics to come out of

here. That's just what I wanted.

My picture come out on the show because I respect these people.

Not whoever lives in Lexington, how about that?

How about that? How about that?

How about that? How about that?

Angel of Empire one. The Risen star turned around

one. The Arkansas Derby, definitely a

horse here that I think is 5. Yeah, I think he's I think he's

the best chance of the concourses to get it done.

Super impressive, very laggy. He can get the distance brats

always been saying that he can get the distance, it won't be a

problem whatsoever, he's just paired up.

Numbers trip the third grass. I'm not sure if he can go one

more step forward because it's a big step forward from two year

olds with three year olds. If he's got more in him,

obviously, you'll be, you know, typical Triple Crown, but I

think he's gonna be able to run that race back again and he's

got to work on a trip. He's gonna come from off the

pace from behind them. There's 20 horses in front of

them. So I think this little bit

dangerous. So I'm going to use things like

that, prior to finishing the money.

Falling for 70 grand. He's earned over a million

bucks, not too shabby. Yeah, absolutely a play there at

sorry can tell ya know, it's right, it's right, it happens.

Celebrate the 50th anniversary of a little Virginia bread.

You may have heard of, you know, kind of think so.

Well, it's a while they come in from out of state II.

Do think, Angel vampire, absolute player here about a

second slower than the Santa Anita Derby but that sanity to

track way faster than the old contract.

And so I think the time everything about that race makes

sense. Not a great field of the

Arkansas Derby this year. King Russell reincarnate to

horses that we would be tossing right away in this field.

But he did what he supposed to do.

You win that race by more than four legs, right?

You're supposed to do that and he did that Bobby and pride

aboard. Totally trust him here, like

flopping about the Oaks, and in the interview, the 15 horse, the

horse that I am picking to win the Kentucky.

Derby is forte with. I read a piece of board.

Todd Pletcher is the is the trainer to me this horse is Is

super impressive because like Kevin said, earlier, we usually

see these developing horses, this two year, olds and this

horse broke his Maiden. Last May, which is almost

unheard of anymore and won the Breeders Cup Juvenile.

And so you're like, okay now all these other horses are going to

mature and catch up and pass them up and he just keeps

getting better before. The Derby trip to me, was the

was the straw that just really kind of proved it to me.

A lot of people are negative on his for the Derby.

He overcame everything. So at the end of the day, in the

fort of Derby, when you start on the outside, you're immediately

going into the turn. He had overcome and outside

post-position irad, did not ride him.

Well, that time he had a bad ride, he had a bad trip.

He's coming down the stretch, five wide and this horse still

found a way. I am huge on for che winner of

six races out of seven lifetimes.

So Forte's my picked when they take care of you, Yeah, I think

is absolutely Contender to win. He's the shore price or that I'm

using which is give me some thoughts about some of those

other short prized horses has the heart to get it done as the

racing mind, proofs in the pudding and he's feeling

himself. He's in the paddock yesterday.

HR do it like a little Dance Revolution.

Got it, would you hear that? Oh yeah, he was doing a little

bit of that. So keep an eye on the paddock

beforehand over watch it. Oh yeah, to do the lawn mower

and I didn't like that. Yeah.

That's who you would use. I'm not even worried about this

horse. It the more I think 80 there was

a racetrack. Course would be this one.

That means that awesome. Great Skate.

Yeah. You play the 16.

Right? We're tossing, which means we're

taking your bits, right? But you get, you get, you get

all of our money if he wins. Yeah, right.

Yeah. Now we're not bad.

He lost his last race to a riderless horse.

Yeah, lost lots of jockey the beginning.

It was in the mud. It was a crazy race.

He is trained by to talk out. The interesting thing here is

they shipped a long time ago so the tracks he's been at the

track for a long time. Does I think actually does look

comfortable Churchill he does. He's been on the track her at

like ours. Well, and the Japanese really

allow their horses to stretch their legs for a lot longer than

American trainers do. Yeah, this horse has got a lot

of miles on the church and literally a lot of miles on the

Churchill Downs surface. So if we're going to have UAE

Derby winner, this feels like the one that would happen for

two reasons. The first one is what we just

talked about lots of time on the track.

The second is the Japanese in their horse program.

Have done, unbelievable. Things around the world.

In recent years, most notably two years ago in the Breeders

Cup at Santa Anita picked off the distaff and another race.

That I can't remember. Right now, But they are starting

to really pick off the Arabian, Peninsula races as well.

And so if it's going to be at any time, I think we have a

Japanese winner of the Derby in the next step.

I think that absolutely happens in the next decade.

I think we saw even with with mandarin hero coming over to run

at Santa Anita. I think we start to see those

horses come over February rather than just him and I hope it

happens by the way because they're terrific Horsemen in the

horses are awesome. So yeah, get more of that over

here, please. Yeah, he seems he seems ready to

roll. Well, they do a fine job, so you

will absolutely be fun. He messed up, he learned his

lesson, I think it is, but it's not a horse is a horse that

could hit the board into Mischief horse here.

Trained by Bill Mott about throwing out that last race.

And this is a horse. He's hit the board in his two

races at Churchill Downs. So it's a long shot.

Could the board. Yeah.

You know Andy I'm going to toss rocket cannon back and forth

about this one. I think he's been looking really

good at the track. He's in philmont's hands,

fantastic trainer. You could have just kept little

bit back. They might get back into form.

Be could be, could be getting a dumb and that's a lot of ifs for

me when I'm going to toss that in my head to put my money

behind it. So I'm going to talk about

mcandrew poorly. I think Beyond this outside

spot. Yeah.

States to be in the 18. I do think he likes the surface.

I look really comfortable over the last couple of days.

I really liked you. Your Eldorado as a jockey, I

think is a really capable guy. Yeah.

Belmont obviously has been winning big races this year

back-to-back weekends wins the found a youth, the weekend,

before that he wins the Pegasus at Gulfstream Park or excuse me

one the Holy Bull. Excuse me.

And then the Pegasus before that, I think we might have seen

rocket cans. Best already some horses Peak at

to some of the peak early on their three-year-old here.

I think there's a chance of that.

So I'm going to leave The 19 horses Lord miles the long shot,

winner of the Wood Memorial was 50 almost 60 to 1 and that would

Memorial and got the win. We hit show, but I'm tossing,

the source. Yeah, toss it for sure.

I mean, sometimes you see a horse jump out and just free and

they just can't run back to the ultimate even bottoms about.

They can never move back to that performance again.

I think that's what we have here.

Come down. Just exact form, are you?

I gotta say. No.

No comment. I gotta say if we are, if we are

so lucky. As to have Lord Mi went on

Saturday, it will be the finest combination of man bun and chest

hair in the history of the winter.

Start with the Kentucky Derby with sappy Joseph, jr.

Whose wife just looks like South Florida, which is also very nice

but I don't think this horse is going to win out and accent.

Oh, yeah, he's from Barbados the whole thing, you know, but it's

just, they're from everywhere. Great.

Yes. We're not going to spend too

much time on the 20 because I know none of us liked him.

Continue our would be the to me, the absolute.

Absolute worst force in this field and he hates the track.

He does not look comfortable out there at all.

Anything they had ever, he's gonna win the dirt, he's gonna

win because we're besmirching. But I think we will just real

quick. There's the to also eligibles.

If we have some scratches with the 21 Cyclone Mission and 22,

Mandarin hero who I think we all may be all think that they both

these horses could hit the Border.

They draw in okay. Hit the board.

Interesting. I like Mandarin hero.

A lot more than I like cycling Mission.

I agree. I wish.

Cycle Mischief were in that Pat De Mi field, we talked about

because I might feel a lot more strongly about that.

I would agree, I think he'd be unbelievable in that race

disappointing that they left him in here, but I understand it to

just wait two weeks for World of dreams.

I know that's what they're doing bandura here.

Although, I think is absolutely keyed and ready to win.

One of these races pick this off.

Maybe he's the first Japanese horse that wins the Triple Crown

race, maybe it's in Baltimore, but if you got into this field,

I would absolutely use him. He's the 22 feet.

Yeah, they turn hero. Does seem.

I've been moving well and the Indiana.

I'm going to toss them just because that might buy opinions

about that say - right. All right, any questions?

I know we went through a lot. Yes, that was a, that was that

was the first of the not true backside rumors.

I heard his, I mean, I think a backside rumors like I think

about talk before the NFL draft, everybody's lying to everybody.

And so I just don't trust anybody about it.

I trust my own eyes and I washed the horses work and that kind of

stuff with you on the track today.

That was not wish. I didn't

the Japanese horses. Which one do we like the most

And your hero later here are the 22 for me as well.

If you like the episode of Doctor instead, I got me.

So the 17, he's in the race. Okay, and he's more of a forward

horse. I think at the pace is gonna be

on the modern side, nothing like last year.

So it's gonna be it's gonna be it's going to help to be a

little bit of closer to it as opposed to work out that trip to

the trapeze. One that's going to benefit from

a 17. I agree with you because he's

going to be able to make his own trip.

That's right. Yep.

I agree. All right.

My daddy, right? We got it.

We're just happy that the connections.

and sets and sets it up for a closer and really when handicap

in that race, I think a lot of us miss that there was that Of

that rabbit setting that crazy pace, which really LED more to

Rich strike winning that and and I think the three spot for

epicenter, question the court, that's a great question.

I like that horse when he's working a lot.

He's very small, very compact really strong, really good.

Build, you know, I don't know what the connections are going

to want to do, but Ron moquette, I mean, I actually think of him.

Kind of unpredictable as to where he's gonna sign or is he

found out? You got to figure it out as he

goes and he's willing to enter horses in different spots.

A lot of times in the form you'll see is also entered a

different track that kind of stuff and so I I'm interested in

him. I think he's what you're talking

about, where's a plotter. And so the extra distance will

be fine and so yeah, the Belmonts, an absolute landing

spot. I could see him in next weekend

at Churchill running at a lower level race, but I don't think

he's probably if anything they're probably.

Point the box one because he wasn't nominated to the crown,

right? They paid the supplement.

Yeah, I don't think the Belmont creative cause The Sire isn't

that necessary? Like a distant, sire, possibly

weakness, right? You know, could be, could be a

spot for improve. He's looking really good.

He looked fantastic office harder because she just has

really figured something out. It's andronowich had, was their

connections. Definitely have a chip on their

shoulder shoulder because they believe they got second, our

chair and they should be in the race.

Ya and Ramos said is one of these guys who's really even

Keel and he doesn't but they're they're Just about there.

So whenever that horse comes out, next horse is gonna be

ready to fire. He's gonna be ready to go.

Any other questions? All right.
